And more acquired outside the law than ever before.

Do you mean so called "Ghost Guns" where 80% lowers get LEGALLY finished by end users, and become a legally untraceable firearm?  We allow private sales of long arms only, in my state (rifles and shotguns) so if you are legally able to own a firearm you can transfer it with no FFL, nor paperwork involved to another person legally able to own a firearm.  Result is same-same.

Looks like he didn't stay bought...

When will his term as Governor end?  When will his political career end?  How old is he?  Hint: He doesn't have to pander to them anymore.  He's given them everything his entire career, so really doesn't have to bow to them now.

Oh my.  The Environmental Lobby will have to take one on the chin finally for their stupidity in all things environmental.  Jerry Brown is bought, and paid for by them and other leftist whacko groups.

Gimp's answer can be found in science fiction.  Mine can be found in Korea, and Vietnam era piston powered, ground attack aircraft with good loitering capability.

To me the Obama's are just another pair of Hollywood celebs.  All their candidates lost also.  Taylor Swift, Oprah's and I believe some others.

Obviously, if you can afford the entry price, the maintenance, insurance, fuel, and other operating expenses, you should be able to afford the required training, stay current, etc.  I am just curious as to how difficult they really are to fly, and how much training would be required to be safe.

I was wrong.  There are 15 states as of 2017 (there may be more now) that have CC.

Quote
15 STATES WITH CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY
(in chronological order):
Vermont has had Constitutional Carry since the nation's founding in 1791 --
they never enacted any law banning the right to discreetly bear arms.
Montana enacted Constitutional Carry in 1991, for all areas
outside city limits (99.4% of the state by area, not by population), and is working on the rest.
Alaska enacted true Constitutional Carry in 2003.
Texas enacted Constitutional Carry "light" in 2007
as the "Motorist Protection Act," freeing people to carry in their vehicles,
and to and from their vehicles and their homes, land or business (but not otherwise).
Arizona got full Constitutional Carry in 2010,
the third state with real Freedom To Carry (FTC),
coined the phrase Constitutional Carry to describe the new law,
and the sky has not fallen, despite desperate fears to the contrary.
Wyoming enacted Constitutional Carry, for state residents, in 2011.
Arkansas passed HB1700 (Act 746) on August 16, 2013 to get Constitutional Carry.
Kansas pushed Constitutional Carry through with widespread support in 2015.
West Virginia had to override the Governor's veto to pass its law in early March 2016.

Idaho pushed it through and got it signed later in March 2016.

Mississippi succeeded in enacting Constitutional Carry in April 2016.
Missouri overrode a governor's veto of SB656 to pass Constitutional Carry on 9/15/16, effective Jan. 1, 2017.

New Hampshire passed SB12 for Constitutional Carry on Feb. 22, 2017.
North Dakota passed HB1169 for Constitutional Carry and the governor signed it on March 23, 2017.

Constitutional Carry means that only those people LEGALLY able to own firearms can carry in their home state without a permit.  I believe there are currently 13 or 14 states that have Constitutional Carry today.

I guess Pelosi's husband was responsible for a lot of Dem financing.  Has to be it, as she certainly hasn't been a good image for the Dems.

This was all about money for Stormy, and reinventing her career as a Prostitute, Porn actress, and Stripper.  Nothing more.  I guess she isn't making enough money after all the publicity she generated using Trump as the scapegoat.  CNN, and others gave her months, and months of daily publicity for free.

The COURTS have infringed on the 2A for over a century.  How was New York City's Sullivan Act, passed in 1911 not an "infringement".  All the Fed, STATE, and local gun laws are also illegal, unconstitutional infringements.

The Supreme Court acknolwedged "Reasonable Retrictions" can be placed on the 2A.  Any court in the land can now declare whatever restriction they want as "REASONABLE".  Courts are not immune from being both legally wrong, and corrupted by personal, political and societal beliefs.  As they are mostly "above the law", judges, and politicians don't care what restrictions are placed on the average, law abiding citizen.

Pilot Zone / How unstable were WWII fighter aircraft?
« on: November 19, 2018, 09:21:36 AM »
As we all have done, I have read some stories about flying WWII fighter aircraft.  Today, we also know the fighter aircraft get their maneuverability by instability, but the computer controls that aspect of keeping the plane from departing controlled flight, or corrects for it when it happens.

Obviously, they did not have computers to compensate for instability.  So how difficult was it to "safely" fly an ME-109, Spitfire, FW-190, P-51, P-40, Zero, P-47, etc?  Was the approach to landing stall/spin a major problem for lower time pilots?

Not that I will ever be able to own, nor fly a warbird like the above, but can a relatively good GA pilot be trained to safely fly them, or is the task very daunting?

Anthony, but do WHAT??? I can contact my idiotic State Senators (D) and threaten to vote (R), but I do that anyway! I can’t tell my rep (R) that I’ll vote (D) if he doesn’t DO SOMETHING about the fraud, because the (D)’s who run against him every time are idiots, but I repeat myself.

What, man? What can we DO????

Good question. Right now, contacting our Reps, and letting them know our thoughts about all this bannana republic, Dem tactics is something.  Most people are ignoring it, taking the kids to day care, going to work, and watching dancing with the stars while their country is being stolen from them.

Maybe work on a campaign next election, and try to get right minded people elected.  In my area, the Republicans did NOTHING, and allowed Far Left Progressive, Democrat women win every election who ran on anti gun, women's rights, and hope and change B.S.

But, your question is valid.  There isn't much we can do beyond some extreme measures which aren't going to happen anyway because most people are like what I cited above.

Chris Wallace Acosta’d the President last night in an “interview.” If President Trump didn’t tweet, we’d have no idea what is actually happening in the Administration. He isn’t allowed to say anything. I suppose he could deny all interviews? I’ve often thought he should use something like a weekly TV speech instead, so he actually gets to talk to us.

Read this morning that when bees detect an invader in the hive they group up and sting it to death. You can see the intent in our media today. But they are just lapdogs for their puppet masters.

Chris Wallace, like his Dad, is a Far Left Progressive posing as an objective "journalist".  Fox News is not immune to hiring these Leftists.  They have many on their staff.  Wallace is little better than the unhinged leftists on CNN, NBC, MSNBC, etc.

The Democrats have figured out, and embraced that using early voting, and absentee ballots are more easily manipulated to enact VOTER FRAUD.  This tactic along with the "FOUND" (produced) boxes of ballots are being used to fraudulently, and illegally steal elections.  This is the battle for America folks.  Contact you reps, and tell them you won't put up with this crap!
