Not derangement; descriptive!
Idioms and figures of speech arise and enter the language, and even dictionaries, throughout human history to the present day. I predict MMGW will become one of these, to be used whenever thoughtful analysis of a complex problem or issue is swept under the rug, to justify policies or actions that have no effect on actual outcomes.
I've shared it before, but this website is the best on the climate, hands down, if you want to look at both, no, ALL sides.

As I've said before I think MMGW gets introduced in a lot of threads dealing with the Progressive mindset as it is a center piece of their universe, well maybe also intolerance, and demanding diversity, and multi culturalism.

I think of MMGW as a hiding place for people with nothing to substantiate their twisted sense of entitlement. Many dull, shallow people, look for ways to introduce a theme that their culture (PC bullspit artistry) has made off limits, as far as resistance. Much like mentioning Barack Obama's fancy, fake birth certificate has become an automatic way to be labeled stupid, crazy, or more ugly things, standing up to the absolute fabrications of the MMGW crowd comes with automatic derision.
Everyone knows how Barack Obama stared right at the camera and claimed MMGW causes terrorism, but when asked why that MMGW caused terrorism only affects Muslims, he got mad and ended the interview. The fact that he pretended something so preposterous was supposed to be protected by the PC rules of engagement on the topic and the reporter refused to play.

The Press, the Church, and institutes of higher learning have all been successfully infiltrated with Communist theory and practice. I don't hold out much hope for this country. Too many hands in the till.

The Media, Government, Education. It's the cabal I keep talking about. It has Fundamentally Transformed this country. We are no longer a country of producers, and pragmatic hard workers. We are now Europe in which we rebelled against. I am tired of being "in decline". WTF happened?
