Personally, I believe Zelensky is just a puppet of Blinken. It was Blinken who, most recently, declared that there will not be elections in Ukraine until every citizen can vote.   I think the question is, who declared marshal law?

Put it this way: do you deny that a provision exists in the Ukraine constitution to suspend elections during a war? And that provision was not put in by Zelensky? And that it is up to the Ukraine legislature, not Zelensky, to end the state of emergency and allow elections?
