Unfortunately the federal government will just ignore the ruling.
They will just sit back and say "sue us" then litigate in court for years, driving up legal cost for those who brought the suits. In the meantime, under administrative law, they will enforce the regulations as they see fit until a court rules.
This topic deserves its own thread. We're going to win in 2022, just like we did in 2020, but it won't matter. The swamp will do what the swamp does, and we are screwed. The only way out is to fight our way out.

The battle lines are coming down to state's rights. We have the free states, which are for law and order and the constitution, then we have the blue shitholes which defy law and order and want to trample the constitution. Add in the blue shitholes want the free states to fully fund them and their fascist communist policies.
I've said it before, we are coming down to a break up of the United States. The blue shitholes will take DC and be what's left of the US, and resemble a third world banana republic while the free states will uphold the traditions of the founders.
