Perhaps they are doing the only things they want to do to get power.
But is it really that difficult to come up with things they could do?
It seems that the DNC and RNC are continuing their 2016 bet, that is, seeing which party can nominate the worst candidate. In 2016, the DNC won the bet, and they are looking to repeat.
I suppose I could say Conservatives all want to live in Somalia:
Not public services
No government employees
No welfare state
No public land
All private ownership.
Conservative paradise!
Obviously we need “common sense” airplane control.
This pack of lunatics also banned e-cigarettes this year.

I guess they don’t care about harm reduction and don’t mind if e-smokers go back to regular tobacco. Does anyone really think this will stop teenagers from getting hold of nicotine products?
I always tell people I served in the Vietnam Era and never say I served in Vietnam. It is a big distinction in my mind.
Once again, I agree with Trump, but have a problem with his methods. If I were a Greenlander, I would have been pissed off at him too. If there were ever a real chance of this happening, I could think of several ways to make it go down easier.
Conservative principles work, as proven by the flight out of the “four states of the apocalypse.” However, many of those fleeing bring their wonky, dysfunctional and conflicted ideology with them and cling to it, thus toxifying their new home.

A good illustration of how virtue signalling shadows and destroys actual virtue.
If there is no impending recession why is Trumplethinkskin acting as if there is one? He's asked the Fed for a 0.75% rate cut. Last time they did one that big was I think 2009. Now he's looking at payroll tax cuts, which will balloon the deficit by hundreds of billions of dollars. These are moves you make when the economy is in trouble, not when it's as strong as he's been claiming.
