That's the real reason the snowflakes don't like Home Depot, right?

Could be...

In the vast majority of firearm fatalities the victim is known to the assailant.  The odds on coming under fire from the sort of horrors experienced over the weekend (I was washing and waxing my airplane, so I saw none of it until Sunday evening, thankfully) are so small to be considered by most mathematicians to be zero.  Carriage of a firearm specifically for this contingency is ludicrous.

Take heed.  The more of these massacres we're required to withstand, the closer we move toward real firearm control, whatever that might look like.  The day you honestly have to worry about a massacre you'll likely be without your firearm, as they will have been outlawed long before.  Frightened people have never been credited with particularly good judgment.  I think the forearm community should seriously think about policing who gets a gun, because if they don't someone will.  And the forearm community won't like it.

And before you start going on about the Constitution I will remind you that Constitutional amendments can and have been repealed.

I would also remind you that most people firing weapons under duress do a lot of missing.  That includes highly trained folks like soldiers and cops.

\Steingar, have you ever shot a firearm?  Ever?

I was on the shift after this and saw this plane being towed behind a mechanic trick with the hoist lifting it up by the prop area.

I went to pay my property tax bill today at the County building. Had to remove watch, belt, wallet, phone, etc. to walk through a metal detector for the privilege of paying their salaries. And this is in the most Republican county in Wisconsin.

We have truly lost sight of government “of, by, and for the people.”  Next politician that tells me he is a public servant, I’m going to punch him in the nose.

I recently visited an National Park Service office to pick up a trail map and had the same experience. You'd think they would put that stuff outside of security. I think in the future I'll skip the maps and just go for it.

BTW... The ranger station by the trail closed during the Obama administration.

Well crap I just watched a video where back in August 2012 he predicted Obama would be defeated.  Ugh.

A lot can happen in the months that lead up to an election. I don't really put much stock into talking heads when they predict these things. I think a lot of it is them trying to sway the listeners. I've had several people tell me over the years that they would be voting for such and such a candidate because that's who the polls say will win, and they don't want to waste their vote on the loser. (So much for voting who you think is the better candidate.)

So he shouldn't stand up for the Black population of Baltimore by calling out their Congressman?  Hmmmm.  BTW, what was the $18B spent on in Cummings district?

Rat breeding programs from what I understand.

I will not delete these posts as previously when I deleted one SPAM post, several members were upset by that act of moderating the board.

Isn't that how this board got created? Moderators were pandering to the whiners?

Seriously, zapping obvious spam posts should not cause issues. I'm certain that pretty much anyone on this board would agree that they need to go.

BTW... Many of the new "members" have links in their signatures that still show up after you edit their posts. This is why deleting the post, rather than editing, would be a better solution. Permanent banning would help too.

I mentioned in another thread about blocking IPs. I'd have to dig it up, but I have a list of IPs that are blocked on another board I peruse. I'll see if I can find it.

Not sure if this software is capable, but I would suggest blocking IPs.

Seems to be a trend with the Trump related SCOTUS cases.

Just checked out the guy's Facebook page. This apparently happened in January 2017. I'm guessing he was coming back from the inauguration.

Investigations on this will continue through next 6 years.

Too lazy to create a new thread, but this is in the "aaaaw. How sad" theme...

Liberals get kicked off flight after ranting to a Trump supporter.

The applause at the end was awesome.

I've always wondered why they didn't just pour a square of concrete for Marine 1. No scorched grass to worry about.

She is a VERY good player, but she is 34 and this is probably her last World Cup, so needs to promote herself for that Nike, or other large contract to companies that want to virtue signal that they are "WOKE".

Sigh... Yeah...
