Britain leaves the EU today at 3:00 p.m. Pacific time. Historic! Would like to watch the ceremony but can’t find anything online that looks doable.

That warms my heart. I live 20 miles west of Valley Forge, and 20 miles north of Brandywine battlefield. Sometimes I just take walks through both, and you can just feel the history, sacrifice and the freedom instilled there. What a miracle the start of our country was and still is, but we are under attack from within.

Our country is born of guns. We didn't like the previous landlord so we shot their ass off the continent. The REAL thing that always and will ever protects us is our armed population. A foreign power would be INSANE to try to put boots on the ground here in the USA.

The anti-gun nuts are complacent, think that can never happen. Nor can our own government become a tyranny. Blind to history. Blind to human nature. Trust government to be a good nanny.
