Since Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia passed away in February, his seat on the court has remained unused. With Senate Republicans refusing to consider a nominee until after the election, hopes for filling the vacancy anytime soon have remained low, but what is happening now shows just how bad the situation has gotten:

The GOP are going to get their nickers in a twist. They can't support Garland in a lame duck session without looking like total hypocrites. But what they get from the Hildbeast will make them nostalgic for Garland. What they get from the Orange One might do so as well. Should be fun to watch.

If you are thinking about or planning to vote for Hillary, consider what all this says. She can't win without her opponent being suppressed. And despite all this, Hillary and Trump are largely tied in the popular vote with Dems having a slight advantage from the demographics of the electoral vote.
