This election is like "a great civil war" in that it pits brother against brother.
The difference is that in the first one, people were all fighting for their chosen side; the side they believed in.
In this one, most people are fighting against the other side, without the deep conviction in their own side.

So where does that leave Jeff? If it's a great civil war, then he's a foreign agitator with no dog in the fight.

Jeff will have to answer that. My take is that we are going to become a European like, socialist (communist) nation where our American values, (capitalism, hard work, rugged individualism) are lost. I don't think there will be any civil war. We don't have the balls for that anymore. I apologize for the reference, but I can not think of another term.

Let's hope not. Again, I'm optimistic, but I think lots of folks have had their eyes opened after 8 years of Obama and now Hillary in the wings. We will always have the 47% that will support them as long as there is free stuff, but even a few of those are now seeing what a piece of shit the Clintons are. Just a few.

If Hillary wins that what we will become, and I know people (NOT ME) that will pick up an M1 Garand, AR-15, M1 Carbine, Enfield or Mauser to resist the onslaught. Again, I am not advocating that, nor would ever do it. They are probably all talk.
If Trump wins who knows what we will get, but I have to think it would be better than Hillary.
