Title: Racially tainted General Assembly districts must be redrawn

I guess we can stop saying there are racial problems because many of you say they don't exist anymore

That means, when voters go to the polls, they will be making their choices for candidates running in legislative districts that were ruled to be unconstitutional.

The entire charade of racially drawn districts and how terrible it is, ignores those districts drawn to favor the sitting black democrat like the criminal black democrat congresswoman in North Florida recently indicted.

It is, and the ability to do so goes to the state legislatures in power when the census is conducted every 10 years. With more Republicans holding majorities in state houses than ever before, the butt hurt is a major deal for leftists who have done this exact same thing in previous decennials.

You are making a lot of assumptions about something you know little about.  You are being played and you don't even know how.

North Carolina has been trying to get rid of the racially gerrymandered 12th district for a long time. This is the one that used to run from Durham to Charlotte along I-85 and in fact in some places comprised nothing more than the highway in order to connect areas of black populations. It has almost 50% black voters even tough the state was 22% black when it was drawn. Maybe this will finally do it.

If blacks make up 21.5% of the population, then wouldn't you agree that 13 districts with 21.5% blacks citizens each would represent non-gerrymandered districts?

Because that would be unfair - as unfair is defined by progressives and blacks. Unfair in the liberal world means everyone has an equal shot, an equal opportunity and an equal chance at outcome, which automatically means the liberals jump up and down and scream about unfairness and racism.

And what they're complaining about now is that districts were stacked to ensure a black representative.  No matter what was done, they would be complaining about it.  Of course, they've set the precedent to invalidate anything that is proposed.

As I said - too many people don't realize they're being played, how, by who or why.  And the NAACP is the patsy...

Sounds like you're saying that I can't depend on the courts to sort this out. I'm not a complaintant nor defendant. I'm an observer.

No, you're the target audience.  And the fact that you listened and then posted it here as "racism" shows that they got you.
