The seekingtruth guy seems to be posting false shit. Note that he doesn't provide any supporting sources - just a naked claim. A classic earmark of questionable claims. I had to do a web search to locate the origin of the claim and found this article that says the claim is false:

Mind you, I think Bill Gates is an authoritarian jerk, but this particular claim is over the top even for Gates (but might give him ideas.)
