  Desperation once again.  The establishment needs another huge cash infusion to Ukraine, so now we have the "national emergency" BS about Russia, space missiles, and probably aliens in a sad hope of scaring people, and mainly congress into approving the latest Ukraine scam.

  Oh, and the border is still open.

And it's all about they "want to" have nukes in space.  Shit, we do too.  I want to do a lot of things that are either illegal, immoral, or fattening.  But I don't.  They won't either. But it's a great scare tactic.
