"We hope this paves the more for many other terrible, awful colonizers to find gainful employment with Starbucks Co. Even though they don't deserve it and should probably just die. Ew."
"This is a huge day for me," said seventeen-year-old Milwaukee high school student Charles Smith. "I've never even made out with a dude or taken artificial hormones before. I can't believe I was hired!"
Starbuck's Chief Diversity Officer Raya Chugbot also applauded the decision, saying a straight cis-man would be a great way to round out their national workforce of gay people, trans people, and gay trans indigenous Skokomish people. "We welcome Smith to the team. Diversity is our strength!" said Chugbot. "Also, I hope he dies. Gross."
Smith thanked Starbucks for the opportunity and said he looks forward to working with his local team of 28 members of the LGBTQ+ community.
UPDATE: After 4 months of employment, Smith is now gay.

This is literally going to happen eventually but not yet. Right now we are in the phase where previously oppressed minorities rise and take power. They turn around and become the new oppressors (I didn’t say that, Thomas Sowell did, in his book “Race and Culture” iirc, maybe after I recover from my surgery I’ll try to find the passage.)
We are seeing the beginnings of that with overt racism against whites and Asians in college admission, and covert racism in corporate hiring practices. We are also seeing it expressed in shows and TV ads which are now obliged to have all minorities way over-represented with respect to their actual population percentage.
In South Africa whites have become the hated race and are discriminated against for jobs based on skin color alone. There is worldwide hostility toward whites who are seen as historically having taken over the lands of other races for resources (colonialism). It is true that colonialism forever changed the cultures and way of life of the colonized lands but it also brought them into the modern world and gave them the new technology that Europeans had developed. It was good and bad but nowadays only the bad is remembered and talked about.
The rhetoric about whites having taken over the world is becoming ever more hostile and now other races aren’t content to be equal, they want to dominate. It’s human nature. An oppressed people once freed will NEVER be content to be equal. They want revenge and once let into the corridors of power will attempt to destroy their former oppressors. This isn’t unique to blacks, all humans do it.
So we are in the part of the cycle now where the white race was dominant and now other races (Hispanic and black mostly - Asians are a special case) are gaining control and rising in power. They are not there yet. This is an important point, and in the overall picture, they might take a very long time to become the new dominant oppressors because we still see most of the power and wealth is held by whites. “The West” -Northern Europeans and their diaspora- is still the dominant power, and the other big power is Russia which is pretty much only whites.
China is the third power and like I said Asians are a special case. Historically they were discriminated against in the west so now on the one hand they are an “oppressed minority” so you see them over-represented in ads but on the other hand they outperform all other races in education and intelligence so are being racially discriminated against in college admissions and are the target of racially motivated physical attacks.
Anyway, the goal of blacks is to rise to dominate the world, have all the land, power and wealth, but it will be centuries before they achieve it if they ever do. But when it happens the remaining whites will be enslaved or oppressed. Eventually, after whites have been crushed and impoverished for a few more centuries, there will arise a movement to restore to them basic human rights and equality. At that point you will see the affirmative action of the Bee satire come true. Then the whites will have their turn at fighting to climb back to the top and then oppress blacks again, rinse repeat ad nauseam.
Or maybe none of this will happen and we all intermarry until there are no separate races, we’re all mixed. Then we will have to sort into groups based on other factors so we can hate and oppress each other. We’ve already come up with some good ideas: gay vs straight, fat vs thin, men vs women, abled vs disabled, urban vs rural. Help me come up with more ideas we can use to hate and despise one another.

Hahahahaha! Good ones! And bicyclists vs cars! We used to live out where only two lane country roads led to the city, roads with no shoulder, certainly no bike lane. But a lot of people lived out there so there were lots of cars. Bicyclists would travel in groups and ride two or three abreast taking up the whole lane. There were curves and hills in places, so passing opportunities were limited. They’d wait til a long string of cars was behind them and then suddenly “notice” they were blocking traffic, and move into single file. They still had to stay on the main road and we had to cross the centerline by a foot or two to avoid hitting them. I am certain they deliberately used passive aggressive blocking of traffic out of hatred for us gas fueled car drivers. The hatred was mutual.

I have no problem with a dude on a bike tooling along with a bag of groceries and wearing normal street clothes, staying well to the side. My problem is with the entitled “athletes” with the spandex outfits and aerodynamic helmets who crusade for equal rights to the asphalt and try to shame car and truck drivers who are actually the ones that road was built for, for resenting being held up by them, and for being put in a situation of great liability if they happen around a curve and run over one of their asses.
This happened to a neighbor. (He was the bicyclist.) He rode his bike miles to work every day for years on this country road and ended up getting hit twice I think, severely injured each time. You do it long enough it’s almost inevitable. I don’t see how it’s safe to bicycle on such roads. You can extend shoulders and build bike lanes in cities but you just can’t do that for all the roads extending out into suburbia and the country.
If you get hit, it’s a horrible experience for the car driver, even if he doesn’t cop a charge and you don’t sue him, and odds are you will. This was my main gripe about these bicyclists. It’s physically risky for them but they put MY assets at risk, not to mention the stress of dealing with ensuing legal and insurance sequelae.
The dude going for groceries is another matter. Odds are his car is broken down, or his spouse took it for the day, or he’s saving on gas. These people never look rich and entitled, and they are always courteous and move well to the side for a car. Maybe his license was suspended but I’m not jumping to that assumption and judging him. If he is in the left lane I only presume he is “intellectually compromised”.

Hey, you straight white men, you aren’t alone. Because the left is blaming white women for the upcoming Dem losses, we are now just as evil as you.
I realize that as a white woman I present a dilemma to the left. On the one hand I’m a woman and hence a minority (women being a numerical majority notwithstanding) and an oppressed victim of the patriarchy. But on the other hand I’m white and so am a racist oppressor. The cognitive dissonance they must suffer. (As bad as that is, it’s mild compared to the cognitive dissonance they suffer over conservative and libertarian blacks.)
But there’s more. They can’t even define “woman”. I could be a trans-pan-genderist who happens to have boobs. If that’s true then do I get a pass despite my skin being white? Of course not, unless I vote Dem!
What if I dye my hair pink, tattoo “Dear Leader Biden” across my forehead and parade around naked wearing only a strap on, will I be accepted by the left then? Of course! I’ll fit right in! Until they find out I don’t vote Dem.
Then it’ll be this: She’s a conservative! A far right fascist domestic terrorist! A Hitler loving Nazi! A witch! Kill her! Hang her! Burn her at the stake!
^^^^ That’s what the left wants. We have heard them openly encourage the Antifa/BLM rioters. We have heard rhetoric from leaders all the way up to the president himself painting all Republicans as traitors, terrorists, a danger to democracy, far right extremists.

LOS ANGELES, CA — In a move designed to streamline the show's format and make planning episodes much easier, ABC has announced that "The View" will now just be a solid hour of the show's hosts beating white women with sticks.
"This isn't so much a pivot in the show's philosophy or overall direction, but more a simplification of our focus," said openly racist co-host Sunny Hostin. "We've always made it a point to villainize and shame any segment of our viewing audience when they don't follow in lockstep with our opinions, but this change will allow us to cut through other distractions and get right down to what our show is meant to be about. Now let's whip some white ladies!"
The announcement was met with a mixed reaction, as even former co-hosts voice their disapproval. "I certainly don't agree with this new format they're pursuing," said Elisabeth Hasselbeck. "I mean, I spent years fearing for my life and being chased through the halls of the studio by a hungry Rosie O'Donnell, but at least they tried to maintain a pretense of impartiality back then."

All kidding aside - even truthful kidding - My bride and I invited a young (straight, white) college man to sit with us in a crowded pizza parlor recently. We'd seen him dining there on several occasions and shared a brief greeting each time.
On this night he was waiting for an open two-top and we had a booth, so we asked him to join us.
He was polite, cheerful, and talkative, and when we asked about his dating life he said, "The college environment is so toxic that I am barely allowed to attend because I'm male, white, and straight." The hatred that is poured out on him for daring to be normal is tragic and typical of leftist hypocrisy. The tolerance and inclusivity crowd is so pathetically intolerant towards anyone not fitting inside their narrow-minded core, that he has been effectively isolated as if he had aids.
The sickness that is drowning the public education system in stupidity, coupled with out-of-control racism/sexism/intolerance is just as bad as the mental illness that infects our colleges.
I have to laugh right the in the face of school teachers when they show up at school board meetings, demanding raises. As soon as they realize they are the target of my scorn they start cursing and shouting because they live in a world where no one dares disagree with their indoctrinated bullshit. Once they build up their stream of stupidity, I interrupt them to point out their intolerance, ugliness, vulgarity and general ignorance, which is why I refuse to allow them to testify about how hard their job is without rebuttal.

These beliefs have been drilled into two generations and we are only now waking up and trying to take back control of our schools. It’s going to be extremely difficult to reverse, given the total submission of teachers unions to leftism and universities to leftism, profit, and the promotion of woke degrees that contribute nothing to the economy but start our youth out with debt they then expect us to pay back for them.
I hope the internet and access to alternative platforms gives young people a chance to find alternative beliefs, but once you’ve been programmed to expect to live on other people’s money while you write a thesis about the toxic heteronormative Anglo-centric evil culture that surrounds you, you’re probably hopelessly lost.
