The rioters need to be arrested and put in prison. What they are doing is a felony under North Carolina law and for good reason. This kind of thing is intolerable and we have laws against it for a reason.
And lady - I'm really sorry your daddy got himself shot by carrying a gun up to police officers. But you incited this and you deserve to be arrested and tried for it too. What you did was both illegal and irresponsible.
Too bad North Carolina can only depend on our Attorney General to enforce the laws he personally agrees with. Do your job Mr Cooper!

One (hopefully) wild/crazy reason would be there was an evaluation/calculation from a political point of view: The visuals of people being arrested left and right would feed the liberal newsmachine agenda, giving them more to whine about. The visuals of looting feed whose agenda?
The victims of the looting would (to quote a resident flaming liberal) be compensated by insurance.

They need to be put in their place and called out.
The media only lives by advertisers and sponsors. The citizens can stop buying their papers or watching their programs, or better yet, stop patronizing their sponsors. The power of the pocketbook.

I checked out of Fox, CNN and BSNBC a long time ago. They are all idiots. On the rare occasions that I look at the news, I take what they say with a grain of salt.

Comcast owns NBC, and MSNBC. Comcast is a cash cow, with CEO Brian Roberts a huge Obama supporter, and contributor along with the other senior execs. Time Warner, another cash cow owns CNN and other media outlets. These corps don't care if their progressive propaganda outlets lose money. Ratings, and revenue don't matter to them. Far left, radical anti American agendas are all that matters.
