Title: precious quotes from protesters
Post by: President-Elect Bob Noel on November 10, 2016, 09:11:02 AM
"I am angry that Donald Trump is President...What needs to be done is fix the government.  It is corrupt"

(um, genius, you wanted hillary and you are complaining about the corrupt government???)

The shallowness, uncontrolled conceit and utter stupidity of the young liberal is breathtakingly pathetic.

Most of the time they just whine that Trump is racist, sexist, misogynist, homophobic, anti Muslim, etc.  In effect, a Deplorable.  They just take Hillary's talking points and regurgitate them.

Again, this is you guys, just on the other side. It's strange that you don't see that. Trump spent much of the election telling his supporters that if he lost it would be because the system is rigged. I guarantee you that if Hillary had won, we'd have a bunch of threads right here in Pilot Spin to the effect of: "I can't believe Hillary won. The system is rigged and needs to be fixed."

Obviously you only listened to the sound bites the liberal media put out.  Had you actually listened to his entire speech, Trump spoke about the rigging and expanded upon it.  The DNC rigged the nomination process to nominate Hillary. The DNC was using media manipulation and polling manipulation to rig the outcome. The DNC was getting out the vote with illegal immigrants.  Even Terry McCullough, Gov of Virginia pardoned thousands of felons allowing them to vote.

Trump won because he had enough support to overcome the rigging of the DNC.

Fortunately we don't have that nightmare scenario.

The reality is that most people here on Pilot Spin would not have been surprised if hillary had won.

But if it makes you feel better, you can believe what you want.

First,  I don't believe many here would say "I can't believe Hillary won".  We expected her to win.  That is what the media tried to accomplish.  By attempting to make us believe she was so far ahead, they expected many of us to say "what difference does it make if I vote; she's going to win anyway".  What they didn't count on was that so many of us were so frustrated by the past 8 years that noting they said was going to keep us away.

But you are right that if she won, we would be complaining that the system is rigged and corrupt, because the most corrupt would have won.

So what you're saying is: "what needs to be fixed is the Government, it is corrupt".

Quit trying to change my post to reflect what you want it to say.  My post was very self explanatory.

Government is corrupt, no doubt.   The political parties aren't government, they are private organizations that place people in government.  And yes, they too are corrupt. The media is not a part of government, but they have shown corruption.

When an organization stoops to outright lies and manipulation of the voting process in order to promote their agenda and get their people into office, that is rigging and corruption. When a organization commits crimes against the country and uses a political operation and media to cover up these crimes, that is corruption.

When a candidate uses her position in government to sell access and trade away security, that my friend, is treason.

You think there would be riots and protests if Hillary won?  Do you think we would be having "cry circles" like they had at Cornell?  Do you think we would be pulling Hillary voters out of their cars and beating them?  Do you think we would be saying the same stupid childish shit that these Hillary voters are saying?  Do you think we would be saying that Trump should walk into the Supreme Court and sue the United States because the electoral college is unfair, like some protestors have said?

It's strange that you don't see the difference.

  Not strange at all.

It just proves that if someone turns on the MSM and believes everything they say is the truth, and nothing but the truth, then they believe that garbage.

Even the democrats admit they need a useful uneducated mass to promote their agenda.

I'm not saying you're identical in every way. I'm saying most of you here are the opposing extreme to the same people you're talking about in this post. They are you, but on the left. You are they, but on the right. I'm alright if you deny that, but that's what I see.

In fact, a bunch of you were talking before election day about how Hillary would probably be elected and it's because the system is corrupt and we need to fix it. Sounds very similar to the statement in the OP. So let's not be faux outraged when the opposing side says something similar after their gal lost.

Ok, I understand where you're coming from now that I read over your post. No, I don't think you guys would riot in the street, or cry it out with your buddies. I do think the quoted sentiment in the OP is very similar to what you guys have been saying, just from an opposing perspective.

I don't believe you grasped the irony of the quote in the OP.

I disagree. I have been reading Wikileaks and checking their Twitters. Take a look! The DNC does (is it too early or optimistic to say "did"?) control the media. They literally tell the press what to say or not say.  I don't know how many people actually paid attention to Wikileaks, but I suspect that voters' Internet access to them helped defeat HRC. Unless she is pardoned and does not have to answer for her malfeasances, and assuming any trials and verdicts are made public, we will see a shameful level of corruption in the DNC and by extension the O administration.

Are the riots over? Or are they just beginning? I could actually see this kind of crap going on about as long as the Occupy flakes did.

Speaking of Occupy, this clip may someday be used in classrooms to illustrate a type of deranged humanoid that used to walk our land.

This pic tells me he has never seen the word "fascist" in print. Which means he has not read about it, written about it, or really, been in any meaningful way taught what it is. Maybe they don't teach about fascism in school or college anymore.

Oh come one.  At least wait until Jan 21st before you start accusing the government of being corrupt.  Otherwise what you're saying is that Obama was running a corrupt government.

The rank and file government is not corrupt.  It is bureaucratic, unwieldy, cumbersome to work with, and staffed with lazy people, but they are not corrupt.

Eventually they will run out of gun free cities to burn.  Or the militia will turn out to stop them.  Or DHS will arrest them as terrorists and put them who knows where.

That is an accurate statement, even if not 100% true of the whole administration.

I disagree, but then again with my disclaimer, they are not ALL corrupt, but there IS much corruption at the VA, the IRS, the DOJ and other departments.  I will also add that this didn't all happen under Obama's watch, but it does seem to me to have gotten worse, or at the very least, there has been no improvement.

OMG. I just watched this. My brain hurts from hearing such utter ignorance.

What a simple, ignorant oxygen-waster.  The concept of risk/reward has never crossed his little communist mind as he's sat on his lazy ass in the faculty lounge and contemplated the meaning of life for the past 20 years.  The good news is the Darwin principle should ultimately purge society of people who have no concept of fending for themselves, or advancing society through personal sacrifice and risk.  When the going gets tough, I'll bet my shoes he'll be at the front of the line hoping someone saves his pansy ass with protection and a handout.

The sad part is that he is probably right.  The Darwin effect is no longer applicable t the individual.  It applies to society, and as we coddle these leeches society will get weaker, until we can no longer exist.

Your point is well taken.  However, I believe there is a time coming where snowflakes like him will have to fend for themselves.  The Darwin principle will once again apply to individuals.
