The cost will depend on the companies supplying the plug, but even doubling the power cost put it at only about $15 for the fill up.The sticking point isn't so much the plug as it is the 350 kw of power. If more than one car is charging at a time, you'll have to have a megawatt coming in the the station. That means all charging stations will have their own electric substations. Even 350 kw is a lot for rural charging. The grid as it's currently implemented can't handle that.

4. If climate change policy weren’t a money and power grab.

That’s what the CDC is using. But it’s totally misleading in the context of what was normal before, for this type of disease (contagious respiratory illness such as colds and flu). It’s a bit different with other diseases such as food borne bacteria or hepatitis. In those cases you test asymptomatic people to try to detect sources of outbreaks. But those are localized with a high rate of possible asymptomatic transmission (think Typhoid Mary). But highly transmissible respiratory illnesses are normally spread by symptomatic people and become ubiquitous (everywhere) so that we don’t typically go testing people who have no symptoms.
Covid behaves much more like cold or flu than like a food borne illness or one spread through contact with feces, yet for some inexplicable reason we are applying the draconian response only appropriate for those types of illnesses to covid.

For example, you can’t take 100 people, give half a vaccine and all of them the virus and see what happens. Slightly different situation same idea.
The best you can probably do is a statistical study, but the lack of controls means you have to have very large sample sizes and understanding of the biases in the data. said another way, you have to do a poll.
What are you talking about? That’s exactly what they do. It’s how they conducted the vaccine trials. No, they didn’t deliberately give the subjects the virus but they released them into the wild where they were exposed which amounts to the same thing.

This. Applies to countries like India and now Japan, using ivermectin as prophylactic and early treatment. While my doctor neighbor sadly opines that he has only one so-so treatment to offer to the hospitalized and no preventives. Nothing to offer while they sit at home for two weeks waiting for their breathing to deteriorate. And pharmacies here stop selling ivermectin because FDA, CDC, you name it.
I’m as mad about people dying needlessly from suppression of treatments and failure to treat as I am about Afghanistan. And I do think it’s all bound up not just in incompetence of the imposter administration but in the operatives behind it pulling the strings. I have no reason whatsoever to doubt that it’s China and probably others.

Personal privacy and free choice never enters into his quite limited brain, because freedom of choice was always just a slogan he was told to accept, not a real thing when it became inconvenient.
Personal liberty is a concept far too great for POS because he wasn't indoctrinated into it. Like most academics, free thought is a sicknes that needs to be stamped out to insure obedience and control.
