With three independent eye witnesses {link}, and now confirmation from New York Post journalist Karol Markowicz {LINK}, we can confirm the suspect who was driving the maroon Ford Escape was a black male named: Darrell Edward Brooks Jr, 39 years-old, from Milwaukee Wisconsin.
Darrell Edward Brooks [aka Darrell Eugene Brooks, aka Quinton Feilcein] was seen driving the SUV into the crowd. Twenty individuals were hit by the vehicle, some of them children. There are fatalities. Darrell Brooks was just released on a $1,000 cash bond November 19th, two days before his rampage. [Criminal Record Here]
Darrell Brooks was facing six charges related to domestic abuse, battery, disorderly conduct, bail jumping and resisting arrest.
Due to the race of the suspect and the likely motive, this was a race-based attack against white citizens in Waukesha, Wisconsin, in retaliation for the not guilty verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse case. It is almost certain the DOJ Community Relations Service (DOJ-CRS) is now taking the lead on the case [SEE HERE].
Controlling information from local officials and media is what the CRS does with criminal cases that have a racial component. CRS is the only federal agency dedicated to working with community groups to resolve community conflicts and prevent and respond to alleged hate crimes arising from differences of race. {link} Hence, Waukesha Police Chief Daniel Thompson told the media there would be no further comment until 1:00pm CT tomorrow.
Obviously, a black male suspect intentionally targeting a group of white victims is the worst case scenario for government and media who use race as a weapon to advance political ideology. Additionally, the media’s racist fabrications around the Kyle Rittenhouse case are a key reason why there is so much racial animosity. Government officials, politicians and media allies all used the Rittenhouse case to provoke racial strife. The attack by Brooks is a direct consequence of their conduct.
The delay in further press releases provides the DOJ-CRS crisis response unit time to take full operational control over the messaging related to the Christmas parade attack.
Local law enforcement will be “guided” by federal officers from the DOJ-CRS and FBI. Due to the sensitivity of the issues, the messaging will come directly from the DOJ-CRS through the local officials and public information officers. The Waukesha police chief is black, the CRS will make him the face of their words.
The CRS, also known as the “Federal Peacekeepers”, will bring faith-based leaders to the forefront now; it’s their pattern. The next appearance by investigative officials will contain preachers, ministers, and members of the faith community to try and blunt the racial motive. The media will demand healing and forgiveness for the attack.
Obviously the media and political hypocrisy will be thick. If the races were reversed, it would be a full frontal assault on white males. However, in this instance the narrative will be a demand to understand the mental frustration of a black male who has been victimized by the system and had no choice except to let out his anger.
The DOJ-CRS will also shape the information presented to media stakeholders who are also exposed by the motive of the attack. The DOJ, DOJ-CRS, FBI, special interest groups and Big Tech allies will all work together to protect the media and politicians who manufactured the crisis that led to the racial attack.

YES. I worked in one as a red cross volunteer the summers I was 13 and 14. Those "inmates" were supposed to be sent to individual homes in the community or something, never happened. I don't know how many ended up on the street. Or dumped on relatives unequipped to care for them. I was in the extremely demented/insane, disconnected from reality female ward. The things I saw there. Institutions had a bad reputation but they were being cared for, fed, bathed, safely housed and kept company by volunteers such as myself. Of course, nowadays it's probably illegal or child abuse or something to have unpaid 13 year olds working in nut houses.

Under normal standards of evidence I am not in favor of the death penalty due to the chances of error. However, the evidence is strong enough and beyond the “beyond any possible doubt standard” that I could see the death penalty being appropriate. While I think it is a pity he did not get help earlier in life, at some point if you can’t learn the lesson to control your anger and respect other people’s rights, even denying them the right to life, then I see no reason the rest of society should afford the killer that which he denies others. Theoretical consideration since WI does not have the death penalty.

Bail is supposed to be set large enough to ensure the appearance of the defendant. Except if the defendant poses a clear danger to society - in which case no bail at all. Seems like that is true in this case!

This is exactly my position. I used to favor the death penalty but changed my mind after I learned about the extent of prosecutorial misconduct and numbers of innocent convicts, plus the deplorable lethal injection cocktail which is beyond all common sense. But in this case there is zero doubt of guilt. I have no problem putting guilty murderers to death, my problem with the death penalty is that the justice system gets it wrong too often.
It would have been best for all concerned if the cop’s bullet had hit him, but on second thought that would have made him another martyr and touched off months of more rioting.

I used to be pro-death penalty, but have changed my view over the last 20 years. The swamp is too deep - state, federal and municipal - to give any judge or any government that much power to take a life.

I guess I fundamentally agree. I would be possibly in favor if a different standard of evidence could be used, namely “beyond any reasonable doubt”, but that is not possible in our current judicial system. And I agree that corruption is also quite worrisome.

I say he did a great job. At most a lawyer would have done was drag it out with more competency hearings and hit it harder with the insanity angle. But the ultimate ending was him going to end up in bars for the rest if his life.

The judge did a masterful job of handling him, and basically prevented him from going for jury nullification or an incompetency defense. Legal opinion around here is that she is being urged to run for the Wisconsin Supreme Court next April. I would support her. She has a lot of conservative decisions under her belt.

A DISTRAUGHT mother listened on a mobile phone as her teenage daughter was eaten alive by a brown bear and its three cubs.
Olga Moskalyova, 19, gave an horrific hour-long running commentary on her own death in three separate calls as the wild animals mauled her.
She screamed: 'Mum, the bear is eating me! Mum, it’s such agony. Mum, help!'
Her mother Tatiana said that at first she thought she was joking.
'But then I heard the real horror and pain in Olga’s voice, and the sounds of a bear growling and chewing,' she added. 'I could have died then and there from shock.'
Unknown to Tatiana, the bear had already killed her husband Igor Tsyganenkov - Olga’s stepfather - by overpowering him, breaking his neck and smashing his skull.
Olga, a trainee psychologist, saw the attack on her stepfather in tall grass and reeds by a river in Russia and fled for 70 yards before the mother bear grabbed her leg.
As the creature toyed with her, she managed to call Tatiana several times during the prolonged attack.Tatiana rang her husband - not knowing he was already dead - but got no answer.
She alerted the police and relatives in the village of Termalniy, near Petropavlovsk Kamchatskiy, in the extreme east of Siberia.
She begged them to rush to the river where the pair had gone to retrieve a fishing rod that Igor had left.
In a second call, a weak Olga gasped: 'Mum, the bears are back. She came back and brought her three babies. They’re... eating me.'
Finally, in her last call - almost an hour after the first - Olga sensed she was on the verge of death.
With the bears having apparently left her to die, she said: 'Mum, it’s not hurting any more. I don’t feel the pain. Forgive me for everything, I love you so much.'
Half an hour later, Igor’s brother Andrei arrived with police to find the mother bear still devouring his body.
Badly mauled Olga was also dead.
Six hunters were sent in by the emergency services to kill the mother bear and her three cubs.
The double killing is the latest in a spate of bear attacks across Russia, as the hungry animals seek food in areas where people have encroached and settled on their former habitat.
A weeping Tatiana said that Olga had everything to look forward to, and was happy with her life and boyfriend Stepan.
