I go to the fox news web site and it asks for my internet provide. But when I select it, or even any other, I get
"File not found".
Is anyone able to stream the debate live?
-
Never mind.
It's working now.
-
Trump is getting his ass handed to him.
Edit: This is my 1,000th post!
-
I'm liking the Ohio dude. I won't butcher the spelling of his name.

Wake me up in late October. This is torture. :'(
-
It was a terrible debate.

I was thinking the same thing.
They all said things that I liked, but Kasich is the only one that didn't keep saying things I didn't like.
But I could easily support any of them over Hillary or Sanders.

I've always liked Kasich, but he is now labeled as the "establishment" guy. I think he's done a good job as Ohio Governor. However, he has not shot.

Rubio is also considered the establishment guy. Kasich doesn't have a chance, even if he does win Ohio.
I didn't get a chance to see the entire debate but it was just more of the same stuff. At least they all agreed to support each other regardless of who got the nomination. Trump even agreed to support the others if he didn't get the nomination but I'll believe it when I see it, assuming he doesn't get the nomination which is looking less likely.

No, Trump is "flexible". Ha ha

We did learn that, which is interesting. Even with respect to immigration.
Trump fans, what day you?

I'm not necessarily a Trump fan, but I agree that a certain amount of flexibility is necessary. But there is a difference between flexibility and malleability.

Kasich can sound good, but this little thing makes me wonder.

I've decided no more debates. There are no new questions to be asked.

My fear is that Trump will be "flexible" with things in the Constitution like the Second Amendment.

"We are going to win so much some are going to start saying Donald, stop it, we need to lose a few, but I'm not going to, we will keep on winning and you will love it." Loosely quoted.
I like Cruz, but I think he is done. I'm fine with Trump and the more they try to hatchet him up the stronger he will get. If the GOP ends up appointing a nominee there will be mayhem.

I had trouble streaming last night. Saw maybe the first 40 minutes.
Disgusting. Kasich maybe got 3 minutes up to that point.
I'm starting to dislike Trump more and more. Almost visceral now.
Probably try to watch the rest today, but not at all sure why.
-
There are no new questions being asked, there are plenty to ask.
-
It would be interesting to watch an actual real debate, where the issues are debated and the personal mudslinging is left out.
Not going to happen though. Thanks to Priebus and the GOP.
-
There was literally a dick measuring contest in the debate last night. I can't believe what I'm seeing.

That was REALLY stupid. I was disgusted by the entire debate.

It's no longer watchable and really is a joke. Other nations must laugh.

Kasich is a little delusional selfish prick right now. He has no role except a spoiler.

My guess is that Kasich is eyeing a VP slot.
-
They have been unwatchable since the first one, so I haven't bothered.
Makes you actually read what they write instead, seek out positions on their campaign sites, evaluate recent and past interviews, etc. Much better than a wrestling match cut into 90 seconds blood matches where the 'moderators' are participants instead of, you know, moderators. Fox has actually been the most disappointing of all, they used to be a news organization - I don't watch it for more than a couple shows a week now and only because they haven't gone all-in for one candidate or another.
The bullshit that has been going on around these debates and loyalty pledges and so on just reinforces my decision to leave the Republican Party some time back.
Bunch of self-absorbed asshats with no sense of duty and no loyalty to those who put them into the positions of power they so enjoy.
I am done with the lot of them, especially after the coordination and savagery they seem able to muster to attack one of their own candidates but have been unable to mount against the opposition for a decade or more.
Totally disgusted.

That's what she said!

Exactly. For 8 months he was a strict closed borders guy, and his supporters bought it hook, line, and sinker.
Now, for the first time, he's "flexible" with respect to foreign workers, because apparently no American wants to work part time in his hotels, no American wants to be a waiter or a maid, and Silicon Valley just can't find enough smart Americans to do their work.
Major kudos to Rubio for asking anyone in the audience to raise their hand if they've ever been waiter and waitresses, and a large percentage of the audience raised their hands. This was after Trump said Americans don't want those jobs. Boom.
Edit: That may have been Cruz that asked that question. I'm trying to research it, but apparently all of the hits demonstrate that the size of Trump's hands was the critical issue in last night's debate.

Except, once again, the audience was stacked. Rubio could have asked any such kind of question and got the same response. The GOP is playing games with these debates and that's just another.
And for the record, I never worked as a waiter.

How do you know it was stacked? There have been no allegations that I have seen, and I saw no difference in the cheers for the candidates.
For the record, I washed dishes in a restaurant, but never made it to waiter.

C'mon, you know better than that. Try to tell me the GOP didn't carefully select who got those tickets.

I was never a waiter either, but I did bartend in college. If I hear Marco Rubio tell me his dad was a bartender again, I'm going to puke. Oh yeah, and Kasich constantly tells me his dad was a mail man. My dad was a dentist. Should I feel guilty?

Nor did I, but I did make Whoppers in High School, as well as pump avgas and wash airplanes.

Where's the stacking???? Of course there are a limited number of tickets for the space. News flash: not everyone can get in.
The article makes no inference, directly or indirectly, that there is any "stacking." In fact, it said the following:
"The presidential candidates are also expected to receive an equal number of tickets. An RNC official did not respond to a request for details about ticket allotments, which have proven controversial at past debates because Trump has attributed audience boos to establishment donors."
Why do supporters of Orange Julius have such an inferiority complex?
-
I never worked as waiter either - made better money rebuilding player pianos and tuning pianos.

WHITE PRIVILEGE!!!!!!
But in all seriousness, that could suck having a dad as a dentist. Did he ever threaten to do a filling without Novocain if you didn't straighten up? ;)

This was an interesting exchange until you started you accusation that I somehow support Trump. My discussion is of the debate process and the way it's handled by the GOP.
And according to you, only you have the correct insights and opinions. You fit in well with the GOP establishment types. ::)
-
There were multiple reports yesterday that only 50 of the attendees were other than Party picked. Sounds a little stacked to me.

Interesting you mention that. He'd get me in the chair then the lecturing would start. Of course with the gauze, and instruments in my mouth I couldn't answer, so I'd just have to listen. I had good teeth but did have ONE cavity, and he DID NOT use Novocain. He said, "You don't need it". ::)

That's not what the article that
Lucifer posted to support his "stacked" claim said.
Did you hear a difference in cheers and boos among the audience?

Couldn't say about cheers/boos, I have not watched a GOP debate since I turned the first one off part way in given Megyn Kelly's attrocious behavior - there is zero value to them - clown car at the beginning, Mad Max Thunderdome now.
I was only replying with something I recall seeing yesterday that seemed like stacked deck weak sauce (only 50 non-Party picked attendees). Totally expected given how this circus is being managed by the RNC.

I am very disillusioned. I knew in my mind the RNC was as corrupt as the DNC, but was in denial. The debate confirmed this for me. I just want to know who is pulling the strings in both parties. Meaning Soros, and/or corporate interests. They really do think we are stupid, and we are!
