I note that it was decided in 1977 and relies heavily on the undefined term "bona fide journalist." What, in the days of the Internet news-sites, twitter, blogs, vlogs, and such, is now considered bona fide journalists? Could the kids at the local high school newspaper qualify?

We have 22,000 restrictive gun control laws already on the books violating the Second Amendment that says our right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. These laws, often on the state, and local level ARE infringements. Corrupt courts uphold these laws.
The purpose of yet MORE gun contriol laws is not to reduce violence, murder, nor "gun crime". Look at the recent mass shooting. It occured in California where there are already very, very restrictive, and loony gun laws, and laws restricting even ammunition. The purpose of more gun laws is to lead to bans, and confiscation, and to disarm the law abiding populace. Criminals will always get guns.
The ELITES know all of the above, and want us disarmed to further considate their power. Private firearm ownership is our last line of defense of an overbearing government, and their elite masters.

I come here for the same reason you do. We have a mix of viewpoints here. That goes away, so do I.
If you come here to be immersed in perspectives not your own -- or at least, the perspectives I think you have based on your posts -- you're in the wrong place. PilotSpin validates your viewpoints. This is the land of the very conservative, with a scant few who have the guts to post otherwise. We don't have a mix of viewpoints, we have a cacophony of conservative perspectives and a whisper of anything else.

Trump wants to win, and has never been too concerned about optics. He picked someone for this job he thinks can win. I hope that works out.
We like that Trump is on our side and wants to win for America and its legal citizens, but he is blunt and clumsy at times. That doesn’t work to his advantage. We don’t want a thug in the office, or even the appearance of one.

As a general statement, it often feels "worse than it ever has been", but invariably it isn't, it just feels that way. Now, sometimes it is worse than it ever has been. But I don't think this is it.

The populace would rather have a woman with a participation trophy than a man with actual productive history. It's rather shameful, and before the women pile on here, yes - I'm fully aware that a woman can have productive history, and contribute. However, based on what I'm seeing in the house races, such was not the case. In TX 7 is a perfect example, as noted in prev post.
