Could he be more obvious?  Even Biden seems aware his clock is ticking away fast.

He's lucid enough to know he still wants to be President.  Once in power, who knows what he would do.  He could be telling the Party he would step down a year in to hand it over to their VP, and then not do that. 

This getting beyond bizarre.
