Current events happening now. Record number of protesters at the US Capitol arrested. No idea the charge, since we have "this thing" called...ummmm....a Constitution, that ummmm....says the people can peacefully protest.

Ever since the NDAA there is no such thing as constitutional rights, if you are deemed 'dangerous' in any way...

Ever since 1791, there have been no such thing as constitutional rights.  There are constitution restrictions on the government, but they are ignored so often that they might as well not even be there.
