Seen it several times - a classic.
There was an episode of "Community" that paid homage to it - I was pleased I got the references pretty early on - I don't think many would have.
If you liked that, have you seen "Swimming to Cambodia"? Spalding Gray was quite the artist, who left us too soon. I did get a chance to see one of his performances, "Monster In a Box" decades ago at the Coconut Grove Playhouse.
edited to add: Thanks for the prod. In Googling the spelling of his name, I was led to a 2010 documentary about Spalding Gray I was not aware of, and just added to my Netflix queue.
