It’s a fucking show vote. The GOP thinks that they’re Catholic, and taking a vote like this provides them with the absolution you get when you got to the Sacrament of Confession.

Yep. The Church will survive this Pope, I hope.  Jesuits were always the pony-tail, sandal wearing hippie priests when I was growing up.  Commie seems a logical extension especially in Argentina.
