Wow. I didn't know it was that bad. He really does look out of it. A social gathering should be the least pressure and easiest on him, but he wanders about aimlessly. And no one there cares. I don't like the guy, but had I been there I would at least walk up to him and talk about fishing, or how he likes AF1, or something. He is the president and while I don't like the current occupant, I do respect the office. But put the guy out to pasture already.

If you watch that clip closely when Biden comes up behind Harris, she actually turns and sees him, then turns her back in what looks like quite deliberate snubbing, and positions herself directly in front of him blocking him from the circle. The polite thing would have been to include him in the circle by making room for him next to her.
It’s almost worse than Obama’s snub, who merely ignores Biden. But Kamala actually moves her body position to exclude him, and he is her boss. Obama is higher in the pecking order, having been Biden’s boss so being disrespected by him is somewhat the natural order of things, but being disrespected by your underling is extremely telling. It means that Harris has dropped the charade that Biden is Alpha. She isn’t even pretending anymore. She considers herself higher status than Biden. She’s oblivious to the fact that she is as expendable if not more so than he is.
