They would be smart to disable it. But then the Hamas sympathizers and the communist controlled media would say it's harming the "innocent" civilians in Gaza. The majority of "humanitarian aid" to Gaza gets diverted to Hamas, that's never been a secret.

Since FJB's war in Ukraine is winding down, the communist left need a new money laundering war, so they will now just keep the Hamas Israeli war going. Hamas would be defeated, permanently, if we weren't resupplying Hamas.
