The primary turnout numbers suggest Democrats remain passionate and enthusiastic and united in their anti-Trumpery. What’s more, the results from the 20 states that voted over the past 10 days suggest that Democrats feel a lot better about Biden as their 2020 candidate than they ever felt about Hillary Clinton in 2016.”

Just take a look at the republican primary vote totals so far versus the votes cast for the dims. The MSM is totally ignoring these numbers.

Exactly. Podhoritz misses that point completely.
In CA Sanders got 1,643,000 votes. Biden got 1,326,000 votes. Bloomberg got 621,000 votes. But Trump got 2,009,000 votes, more than any other candidate, and the GOP voter had no motivation to even show up, except for excitement for Trump.

Trump has done a great job with the Economy, Job Growth, Tax relief, ENERGY Policy, Trade Deals, Border Security, Supreme Court appointments, and several other areas. So he says mean things on Twitter to those that attack him. Big whoop.

Dems were energized to recall Walker and remove him from office when he was governor of Wisconsin. Didn't end up how they were hoping.

But perhaps that translates into energized voters because the candidate’s “appeal” - whatever that actually is, some kind of intangible - is what gets the voters fired up.

Yep, and the polls predicted that he would get recalled. Turns out Walker got more votes for the recall election than he got the first time he ran.

Biden couldn't energize people if he sent four million votes through them just like the dead parrot in Monty Python. Trump gets 10K - 15K and more people to show up at most of his rallies. Biden has empty seats at a town hall meeting.

I agree the elections are all about what candidate can energize the people to get out and vote.

Trumps message is jobs, prosperity, secure borders, empower minorities, lower taxes, less regulation, energy independence and fair trade.
Biden's message is "Let's return back to the Obama years" of higher taxes, high unemployment, government run healthcare, open borders and gun confiscation.
Bernie's message is "Communism isn't so bad, look at the bright side".

Yep, I never understood why anyone finds it offensive to put America First. I also don't understand why American Greatness is considered a bad thing by some.
And if socialism is such a great thing, how come we never see people fleeing to socialist countries?

That is because the Democrats and Media (same thing) want to FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM the U.S. into some sort of Socialist Homogeneous State of New Europe.
