Gee...
ANOTHER failed hollywood endeavor to indoctrinate and lecture America has failed.
The pathetic, no talent, murphy brown remake was killed (not a moment too soon) by the communist broadcasting service (CBS) after a handful of brutally bad episodes.
Coming on the heels of the 'Roseanne without Roasanne, embarrassment, I guess the hollywierd stupid committees have failed all the way around this year.
They couldn't get their freak show elected no matter how many millions they flushed in wasted campaign donations, nobody rose up to give them the senate to go with the congress, and now even the little people are refusing to watch their propaganda programming no matter how much the networks wasted on producing and promoting the crap.

I actively avoid the left wing entertainment industry that American TV and movies has become. I seek foreign made shows and movies. Spain, Nigeria, India, Netherlands, Estonia, England, Scotland, Germany, Brazil (3% is awesome) and even Turkey. That's right, I prefer a pro-Islam propaganda epic (Dirilis Ertugrul) to Hollywood's pathetic crap these days. That's saying something.

I actually watched the first half of the first and second shows. It was all recycled hate Trump/conservatives. guessing the writers were given open season on all things not-progressive. Bore-fest.
-
I guess Hollyweird can't come up with any original material anymore. Recycling old TV shows, and endless remakes of movies.

She's a D Bag. Sucks to be you Candice.

The show originally got a big boost when it was targeted by then Vice President Dan Quayle. That, and it was a product of its times. There are a bunch of retread shows that are in acute failure mode. There truly is no going back.
Actually, that's not entirely true. The reboot of Lost in Space was awesome.

Magnum P.I. seems to be doing ok.

Last Man Standing’s reboot with Tim Allen seems to be doing very well. Except old Mandy didn’t re-up for the show. . New Mandy doesn’t cut it.

I like this comment on a different article.
CBS claims that Murphy Brown was “always” going to be a “closed-ended order of 13 episodes,” according to the Hollywood Reporter. But the show has had disappointing ratings from its debut at the end of September
Does anyone really believe this crap.

If it had been a ratings hit, they would have renewed in an instant. The only reason it got a 13 week shot was the title character. Most new or reboot pilots only get 4-6 bites at the apple. I'm a bit surprised they put 13 in the can, but the musings of network ad execs is not exactly differential equations.

It should come as no surprise that TV network executives are just as devoid of talent as hollywierd.
The late night and talk show slots are full of no talent hacks, babbling utter bullshit and trying to prove to everyone that they are the least talented person on the air.
Comedians have forgotten that talent IS a what separates any comedian from the pack, not how many different uses of the "F" word they can invent.
The utter stupidity of the ultra left, all stupid all the time, hollywierd crowd is easily discovered just by turning on the TV and seeing how poorly trained, un-coached and delusional and self absorbed these people have become as a fraternity.
