Her arrogance is truly astonishing.

She really thinks she's going to win handily against Trump. Currently, the models show that to be correct but with Trump's poll numbers climbing and hers sinking, we could see a shift in that. Hopefully Trump uses this to his advantage. This could be Clinton's "47%" comment if Trump uses it to his advantage.
-
More desperation.
I don't think she believes she will win. i think she is terrified that her life's work is being brought down by her life full of lies.
-
Part of Hillary's campaign plan is to shame and ridicule Trump supporters.
She can't sell herself on policy, because she doesn't have any. So far all she has to sell is "I will be a continuation of Obama's policies". She can't sell herself on past accomplishments because there aren't any.

Not to mention most of President Obama's policies are not popular with a large majority of Americans. When you make a comment like she did, she's not vowing to represent all Americans, she's saying she'll only represent certain ones. That's not a leader and not someone I want to be my president. It's also the same type of rhetoric we see out of places like Venezuela.

This video sums it up rather well:
-
You'll note she said that she regrets saying "half", I think that means she meant "all".

The on;ly thing a progressive ever regrets is getting called out, or caught. Nothing else ever matters.
