Currently, the models show that to be correct but with Trump's poll numbers climbing and hers sinking, we could see a shift in that. Hopefully Trump uses this to his advantage. This could be Clinton's "47%" comment if Trump uses it to his advantage.

She can't sell herself on policy, because she doesn't have any. So far all she has to sell is "I will be a continuation of Obama's policies". She can't sell herself on past accomplishments because there aren't any.

Not to mention most of President Obama's policies are not popular with a large majority of Americans. When you make a comment like she did, she's not vowing to represent all Americans, she's saying she'll only represent certain ones. That's not a leader and not someone I want to be my president. It's also the same type of rhetoric we see out of places like Venezuela.
