Good news, but you'd think this wouldn't have to go all the way to the Supreme Court as National Security and immigration are the sole prevue of the Federal Government and the President should have the ability to keep people OUT.

So is "The Right of The PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" yet we have 22,000 restrictive gun laws at the Fed, State and Local level in addition to the Second Amendment. >:(
