He won't say anything new or surprising. It'll be the same stuff he's been saying for nearly 8 years now. Finding ways to put America down while abroad.

This is what can happen when you are defeated by the US.

Your cities can be rebuilt, your people can thrive, your culture can (mostly) survive.

You will probably not fare as well if you are defeated by someone else.
