Don't know about jail, but individuals willing to falsify charges should not be in law enforcement.

Individuals willing to falsify charges, or evidence, should be put in jail.  Especially, those in law enforcement.

At the very least they have no business being in law enforcement. Cops like this do nothing but exacerbate the public's feelings that there is a large and growing police state in this country.

I'd like to point out that there are always a few bad people in every group and this does not represent the majority of law enforcement in this country. I'm glad videos like this come out to expose the bad ones so they can be dealt with, but let's not forget the tens of thousands more who are good and go out of their way to protect people's rights.
