I can’t see the video of it on Tapatalk. However, I did a BFR in a Diamond DA-40. The view was spectacular. Checking fuel was odd. The long wings acted more like glider wings and would not be great in turbulence based on what I’ve heard. The fixed seat and adjustable rudder pedals took some getting used to. I also always prefer a stick over a yoke.

On a touch and go my right shoe got caught on a nut on the center column, so I had no right rudder. Not good on such a dynamic maneuver. IP caught it, and told me to get narrower shoes like deck shoes. That’s BS.

Ultimately I didn’t move to get checked out in it, but it was a very nice plane. I can only think the DA-50 is nicer and bigger.

Good luck!
