One-third of precincts in Wayne County could be disqualified from an unprecedented statewide recount of presidential election results because of problems with ballots.
Michigan’s largest county voted overwhelmingly for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, but officials couldn’t reconcile vote totals for 610 of 1,680 precincts during a countywide canvass of vote results late last month.
Most of those are in heavily Democratic Detroit, where the number of ballots in precinct poll books did not match those of voting machine printout reports in 59 percent of precincts, 392 of 662.

Most of the counts were off by one ballot, the worst case was up to 5. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but the issue for Clinton is the irregularities occurred in the areas where she got the most votes, which means these areas can't be recounted. From the article it sounds like operator error, in that the poll workers were supposed to adjust for discrepancies and either didn't know or missed the issues. This recount is stupid as is Jill Stein and anyone who gave her money toward the recount.

The judge has stopped the Michigan recount. The previous results stand.

Nope. I'm saying there's no empirical evidence to support the notion of any widespread voter fraud.

Given that there is no effort to validate the eligibility of voters, the lack of empircal evidence is expected.
btw - you replied "it doesn't" to the post saying "But hey, voter fraud doesn't exist."
So, now you are claiming that "widespread voter fraud" doesn't exist.

We've been through that thoroughly on another thread. To the left, it boils down to disenfranchisement. To the right, it boils down to the cartoon above showing how idiotic is the concept of disenfranchisement.

IF that were true (which it isn't) then the democrats wouldn't need people to show their ID's to attend Democrat party meetings, go to democrat held town hall meetings. vote in union elections and people wouldn't have to show ID's to cash checks, board planes, pick up packages, or a myriad of other things.
The fact that democrats like you are so offended by the concept of voter ID is because you know what we know. Vote fraud is a democrat activity and very important to any potential winning election.
