I don't want to get all conspiracy theory but they were 41 and 42 years old and look in apparent good health.

I dont think its a conspiracy. Ive known a few pass in their 40s and 50s. Get repubs covid, make their immune system deal with it poorly, involve medical professionals including dozens of nurses 3 a few docs, make the treatments ineffective, all to.... Communism!
