I'm liking her more and more as she seasons into the job. At first, she was hesitant, and somewhat defensive. But - taking the regular beatings she's had so far has made her into a good public speaker. Also, when she tells someone to 'stuff it'(in vernacular) she doesn't get abusive, just straight up honest reasoning.

I don't believe that "the press is the enemy of the people" as the MSM reports Trump of saying.
But I do believe that the "fake news" press is the enemy of the people, as Trump actually said.
The fact that they lie about that is proof that Trump is right.

The internet was the worse thing that could have ever happened to the press. Before the internet they were indeed the fourth estate of American politics and garnered great power in controlling the narrative. I once had a journalist tell me "Never mess around with an organization that buys ink by the barrel". The arrogance was absolutely breathtaking.
Now with the internet, wifi and cell phone cameras it has become almost impossible for that narrative control to happen. That, and now they have a President who is willing to confront them, and one can see the daily meltdown of the progressive MSM.

The Media today is more in the business of making a narrative FIT their Progressive agenda. They are Leftist propagandists, with a few exceptions. The large bulk of the media are there to mold opinions to what THEY believe, not disseminate facts, or news. Even Cronkite admitted that, but he was very good at convincingly, misleading people.

THIS is what has happened to the MSM. Find a position/agenda that one wants to support, stir up the alternative positions, push the agenda with anything and everything one can find. Ignore any alternatives and by all means, ignore or attack logical, and science based counter-positions.
In this admin the position/agenda is clear and convincing: We Hate Trump(and everything he's ever done). Any means to denigrate Trump - whether he's right, wrong, or somewhere in between can always be spun as a negative. Any positives must be ignored, or marginalized. I think his work with Norks is going to be a legacy, but CNN never heard of Trump and Kim having a summit. And any real reductions in the aggressiveness of the Norks is put down as something other than the work of Trump. I back this up by the legacy of Nixon opening China, Reagan tearing down the wall(actually happened under Bush I, yes, I'm aware). If the deal in NK goes well, and they begin to join the nations of commerce and more openness, this will be a damn big thing.

Luke is the diminutive for Lucifer. Like Bob is the diminutive for Robert, and Steve is the diminutive for Steven(or Stephan). He needs to be pacified because he manufactures outrage at any commentary which happens to be marginally critical of Trump, warranted or not.

There are very few MSM commentaries that are only marginally critical of Trump. They manufacture extreme rage if Trump has a different flavor of ice cream than his guests. It has been like that since Nov 8 2016 and has only gotten worse.

I would add that the 24-hour news cycle, and the need to fill those hours, has added to the self-importance of the MSM. Remember the first Gulf War, with James Earl Jones saying “THIS is C N N”? I actually watched that cable channel back then.

Very true, and they are so embolden, they don't try to hide it. Nor do they try to hide their agenda, or that they fabricate stories to advance that agenda. I watched CNN back in the early 90's to mid 90's also. They were pretty much it, and had a good world network. It is a joke now.
