Now that the “honor system” seems to be in play, we’re being asked, and as honest people, we’re saying no, we’re not vaxxed. Then we have to put on masks. I’m in a blue state, so this may not be an issue for you. Already here, people are carrying around their vax cards in case the mandate comes down while they’re out shopping, I guess.

Waiting on President Rice through her puppet Xiden to do an EO demanding vaccine papers be carried. Of course, that pesky tenth amendment keeps coming into play.

Even the socialist governor of Minnesota is against vaccine passport. He even mentioned it when he finally lifted the state wide mask mandated.

Vaccine passports won’t stand up in court, and even some of the D’s acknowledge that. However the DCP desperately wants them as an opening to include many other items, and as a convenient way to restrict rights and isolate people. They are going to work any and every angle to achieve that goal including more fake government “emergencies”.

If you don’t need a mask after being vaccinated then you should not need a mask after having had covid and fully recovered. But they have not said you don’t need a mask if you’ve already had covid.
This shows me that saying you don’t need a mask after being vaccinated is simply a ploy to get people to get vaccinated. This is blatant manipulation and NOT anything related to science. People who have had covid are at least as immune as people who’ve been vaccinated, maybe more so.
Furthermore they are saying if you have had covid you still need the vaccine anyway, why? “Because we don’t know how long immunity from having the disease lasts.” Well, we don’t know how long immunity from the vaccine lasts either, do we? So that’s a completely irrelevant argument. Once again, it’s simply to get more people to get vaccinated.
They want EVERYONE to get the vaccine, period. What could be the reason for that? Could it have something to do with money?

Conversation last week with my doctor neighbor ... I was amazed at all the times he answered “We don’t know” to my questions.
Well then, should we be proceeding with the largest drug trial in the history of the world as if we DO?
To my mind, that right there is the reason for all the sudden shifts and walkbacks and hypocrisy and “new” official positions and “guidelines.” That, and politics and money. Deadly to the citizenry of our beloved Republic.

My quick Google Fu tells me that having covid gives you the same immunity as one shot of Pfizer or Moderna. So for people who have had the disease, one shot acts like the second and gives them more immunity than the disease alone.
That makes sense as the more often you are exposed to a pathogen the stronger your immune response. But there is a marginal rate of return. Three shots isn’t worth it. At least it hasn’t occurred to them yet to push three shots to make even more money.
Based on this, why isn’t the CDC saying those who have had covid only need one shot?
Fauci of course is hemming and hawing and saying more research is needed.

If the data is that impressive, why not go ahead and implement one shot for previous infectees and make shots more available to others? Because that would end the crisis sooner, and we can’t have that. Fauci is all in with the Dem plan to use this “permanent pandemic” to destroy the middle class and make us serfs to the State.

I'm going to guess that there isn't enough data to access all the variables. I doubt there has been good extensive tracking of all people who have tested positive for COVID-19.
There are people who complain about the EUA for the vaccine, do we want to experiment more?

If you want the vaccine, you have the opportunity and can make your choice to get it. You and everyone else who chooses not to get vaccinated are taking on your own risk.
Whether or not you lie to not wear a mask is pretty much irrelevant to me.

But the whole fretting about people lying about being vaccinated appears to be what is motivating some to say we can't give up masks yet.

It should ALL be voluntary everywhere for everyone. Let everybody wear a mask or not, vaccinated or not, as they choose with nobody asking them questions. If you want to question whether a maskless person has been vaccinated, go the hell home and lock yourself in the basement.

TB patients are supposed to wear medical-grade masks when not in isolation. (not a bandana covering the nose and mouth but a real mask, preferrably an unvented N95 or better)

14 months ago Fauci said that masks may make you feel better, but don’t do much good and could actually cause harm. 14 months ago.

I've already been vaccinated, so I don't need to lie about it. I would actually like to see the whole country open up at this point. Frankly, I think if you haven't been vaccinated by now, you don't want it, and I don't care what happens to you. A pity you and your fellow COVID victims will fill the hospitals. Oh well, keeps all those doctors off the streets.

Well I did it today, got the Pfizer.
I based my decision on objective examination of the facts, insofar as I’ve been able to isolate any facts from all the bullshit on both sides.
I was told yesterday at Walgreens that they had all three vaccines but when I went there this morning they said I could only get the Moderna so I turned around and walked out. When I got back home the phone rang, it was Walgreens saying I could get the Pfizer after all so please come back so I did. I will decide later whether to get the second shot.

In the past 4 weeks, I have been to 9 states and 13 cities. Many businesses have signs that say if you are fully vaccinated, you don't need to wear a mask.
So I didn't.
Nobody anywhere ever asked me if I was vaccinated. I assumed that all those others that weren't wearing masks were either vaccinated, or just didn't want to wear a mask.
My wife continued to wear her mask even though she is fully vaccinated too.

She is slowly easing into tossing it. I think if we don’t see a post Memorial Day surge she will go sans mask more freely. One thing holding her back are the low vaccination rates.
