You know better than anyone how Liberal/Progressive they are. It doesn't surprise me. This needs to go to the Supreme Court, because it has got to be unconstitutional, although I have to research that. Essentially, we are allowing foreigners to dictate to U.S. citizens if they vote. Open Borders (Democrat's Amnesty) will destroy the Sovereignty of the United States. Why even have a country if we are going to allow this? We are becoming just a territory with a bunch of stuff in it, and will eventually will have One Party Rule like California. It will devolve into Totalitarian Oppression.
