I have to wonder if they're changing their tune because they see the writing on the wall and don't want to be seen as having endorsed a corrupt and criminal candidate/president. That won't look good for them later on if they've done nothing but endorse her and it turns out she's indicted or has to resign.

Oh absolutely. If the leftist media suddenly "sees the light" it's not because they gained an appreciation overnight of free market economics. It's because they are scrambling to keep their side of the bread buttered and keep their own asses out of trouble.

In the RCP No toss Up map, Hillary is barely ahead, 273 to 265. But their polling system lags because they are still including polls from two weeks ago.
The difference is Colorado.

There are several different maps that I've seen that lead to a Trump victory. In a lot of them, it looks as if New Hampshire was a key state in a Trump victory. I don't think Trump will win Colorado though he has now apparently flipped Nevada and is closing the gap in Pennsylvania. If he gets Pennsylvania (assuming he gets Florida and Ohio), I think he wins. Pennsylvania is also probably a long shot but it is 2016, so anything is possible.

It voting happened today, it could happen. With the 273-265 vote, they have New Hampshire and Colorado in the Democrat column.
BUT...I look today and New Hampshire's last poll is +2 Trump. Colorado is a Tie. Both of these last polls are mostly from after Comey's investigation announcement. So, if NH went Red and Colorado goes blue, it becomes 269-269 and you could easily make a case that's legitimately where it is right now.
Or Colorado could flip and then it's an outright Trump win. Way too close to tell, the key states are within the margin of error.
