Neither giving ground, neither are they gaining that I can see.

Watch the body language, the little facial tells. Biden looked like a scolded child with Trump attacking him, and when he talked about his son, he lost his shit. He let Trump get under his skin. Trump came off as a bully but Biden came off weak. He kept looking straight into the camera in an attempt to connect with the voters I suppose but it seemed to me he was escaping Trump’s relentless stare. Biden just spewed the same old left wing lies and propaganda and I thought Trump could have done much better, he was not as focused as I would have liked but there was one moment he simply destroyed Biden, I wish I’d written it down I can’t remember what he said do any of you know what I’m talking about? He just laid down truth and Biden had no response just quietly took it. But now I can’t remember I need to go to sleep.

The pivotal moment of Tuesday night’s debate was when Joe Biden was asked if he called Portland Mayor or the Oregon Governor and told them to stop the violence.
Joe Biden answered: “I don’t hold public office.”
Joe Biden admitted in that moment that he is not a leader. He is not up for the job of president. And he is blind to the violence or afraid to speak out.

I found it. It’s at around 52 mins in, just prior Biden called Trump a horrible racist. Trump starts by reminding everyone that Biden called blacks super predators and went on to talk about it’s the far left responsible for what’s going on in the cities and that we need law and order, the people want law and order, but Biden won’t even say the words law and order because he knows he’d lose the support of the far left.
I thought that was Trump’s high point because 1) people do want law and order and 2) he drove a wedge between Biden and the far left. It was brilliant.

The power dynamic here is crystal clear. You could mute your TV and watch all 90 minutes and see very clearly who dominates whom between these two; who is the stronger, who is the leader.

Wallace knew exactly what he was doing, and he turned the debate into the shit show it became. That was intentional on his part.
He started it by jumping right in on the attacks of Trump. Wallace wanted to debate Trump, that was clear and at one point Trump even said "I guess I'm debating you and not him" to Wallace.
Wallace made it a point to run interference for Biden by interrupting Trump five times more than he interrupted Biden.
Oh, and Wallace rewording "Critical Race Theory" into "racial sensitivity training" in an attempt to paint Trump as a racist. Pathetic.
And Wallace calling out Trump to tell "his supporters" to stop rioting......oh fuckin' please! And then lets Biden get away with "ANTIFA is an idea, not an organization".
But the FoxNews lackeys will all be glowing this morning over Wallace and how "brilliant" he was. One the final note, the good part of this is Wallace put on full display just how dishonest the media is with the American people, and it was noted.

When senile joe proclaimed that HE was the democrat party, and that he did not support either bernie the wonder commie, or alexandra the green freak, I imagine a lot of snowflake bernie lovers were not pleased. I loved watching President Trump interrupt, harangue, slice-dice-chop senile job until he bullied him into saying things that point out how disconected he is from anything he claimed to support.
Other than that, joe didn't visibly wet his pants, or start to cry, so it wasn't a total loss for him.
At the end of the night, President Trump was just as big an asshole as he had to be to give his campaign butt loads of ammunition to run with.

The Professor's world view is threatened. He's realizing that everything he's been told is wrong and that just perhaps things really are as we say they are. When someone has their deepest beliefs exposed as wrong, there typically is a period of anger, denial, lashing out, and general assholeness. This is a good sign. He's finally coming around. Give him time and he'll become one of us.

Things are bright and sunny. The world, this country, and people in general are wonderful things, although not perfect. Humans are an integral part of the planet and rapidly solve temporary problems such as pollution which declines rapidly as countries enter the first world. People, if left alone, are mostly good, and a free society will prosper and thrive, if people are left to their own devices with only enough authority over them to curb criminal abuse of one another. Problems occur and atrocities occur but the human spirit is strong enough to survive and overcome and although humans self sort into groups, and often war with one another, they also have a drive to seek out one another, learn and grow, and often bond with love and acceptance even through differences. In general, the world is mostly sunny days with a gentle breeze with occasional storms from which we recover.

Going through the transcript with Trump debating Wallace, I'm convinced that the President misspoke when he told the Proud Boys to "stand by". I believe he meant to say "stand down". He was pressed by the "moderator" over and over to denounce white supremacists, which he did each time. But the oh so honest MSM takes this mis-speak completely out of context and makes it a huge thing.
