One of PolitiFact's main drawbacks is that they try to fact check "facts" that really can't be checked.  Their assigned ratings are often misleading.  Ran across this site that thoughtfully approaches the problem.

Good stuff there.  What upsets me most is that something like the Supreme Court is politically polarized.

The Supreme Court is supposed to enforce the Constitution, not be political.  The Constitution is not hard to understand.
