With Roberts bowing out, isn't that an acknowledgment that the whole trial in unconstitutional?

Yeah. The Chief Justice presides over the trial if it's against a sitting president. Not in other cases, so by the constitution, he can't. Expect that this is going to be a kangaroo court with democrats in charge. They can approve / decline whatever evidence they want. This will be a made for media shit show.So where is it written they can hold a trial without a sitting judge?
OK, you're right. No ear piece, and he didn't have to salute. He was just mumbling............Actually he didn't mumble. The video I watched (PBS) you could clearly hear him say, "Salute the Marines" I concede that point. At issue is what prompted him to say that. You say the command came through an ear piece, yet refuse to provide evidence of said ear piece.
"Sigh"...............I didn't miss any point. Now show me a picture of that moment of the ear piece he's wearing. I'll wait.
You missed the point. The man is wearing an earpiece and following commands from someone off camera. There have already been other instances of him just mumbling what he's being told.
His dementia is so advanced he's literally a puppet. Why do you think they ushered the press out of the Oval Office when he was to sign that stack of EO's?
Here is more proof of his handlers. He wears an earpiece, and as he walks by the marines he mumbles "salute the marines".At that moment he was not required to salute anyone, he was a civilian.
We saw the same crap during his "interviews" when he was reading responses off the teleprompter.

Lettem get rid of the Filibuster. In two years they will regret it.I asked a bunch of questions of my liberal friends on FB, one of them was about the filibuster. To a man they predicted it would not go away. I've recorded all the answers for posterity.
