CNN has refused to inform its audience of a growing scandal tying prominent Democratic politicians and activists to Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, a notorious racist and anti-Semite.
At least eight Democrats are known to have met with Farrakhan, who routinely calls Jews “satanic” and has said that white people “deserve to die.”
Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison, the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, misled the public for years about his relationship with Farrakhan, new reporting has shown and The Washington Post has acknowledged.

I could only imagine what the MSM and the dims would do if the President was associating with an individual who called jewish people the "satanic jews" and made references to a race of people that "should die". The mouth foaming 24 hour hour "breaking news" coverage would be non stop with howls of "resign now!"

Since they either are, largely anti-semitic themselves, or are, largely, self-hating jews they don't see a problem with this, Farrakhan also has the benefit of his association to the civil rights movement so like Elijah Cummings, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson Sr., etc., they have a fairly high level of immunity from scandal being viewed as fellow travellers at best, house negroes at worst.
The Left is and has always been the real home of political racism in the US.

What's funny(funny, strange not haha), the jews as a voting block support mostly Dem candidates. Very weird. Those who are most individualists voting for the state control means. As if they didn't learn that lesson well enough?

The OP posts a blurb about an anti-semite right here in good ole USA. I make a comment about the Jews mostly supporting Dems(which is the party of this particular anti-semite). With a reference to the holocaust, and the Jews not learning their lesson about trust in a central authority(liberal US govt).
I guess I'm not sure what Israeli jews have to do with the statement I made. Meh

Many American Jews have a Bolshevik (Communst) culture as many are Russian or Eastern European Jews. It is confusing considering their embrace of business. It is certainly a cultural thing that I have not received a good answer from my Jewish frends, nor any publications. It seems to be a Jewish cultiural secret. When I ask them, they all say "we just want to give back". Well donate to charities then, don't force more taxes, and big government solutions for everything. It really pisses me off.

I think the Farrakhan scandal just devolves to the media giving a pass to an outright race-baiting, jew-hating muslim, while dissecting anyone on the conservative side with the finest of anal probes. I saw an article linked from yahoo a few days ago about the first-daughter's shoe problem. Seriously, if Salon has an issue with Ivanka shoes, and doesn't have a problem with our national leaders meeting and listening to a self-proclaimed anti-semite, it seems to me that we have a surreal problem with our media focus.

I don't mention a lot of things, which doesn't automatically imply that I"m not concerned about them. If I need to list all my concerns, we'll be here a while. The case I stated, and the case others are making is that ALL media does not treat the left and right the same. If your question was not rhetorical, then yes - I think there are a lot of people who don't know that the guy is a race-baiting, jew-hating scum. There are many who look up to him, and praise his stance. Some of those people are low-information left-wing prog morons. Many can't read, and won't do any investigation. All they know, all they get is a feed from Madcow, and CNN. If neither of those outlets, much less Fox are interested in digging in to his involvement in their chosen candidate, but they are interested in how Melania got dissed by BO's wife - well, that's a problem. Unless of course one does want bias in their reporting.

You’re the one that threw Fox into the mix, not me. I cut the cable at my house and don’t engage the MSM unless I’m stuck somewhere on the road, and even that is brief.

No, I got the point. The real point was to stir up the right by vilifying CNN for not doing something nobody is doing, including Fox. Yes, I injected Fox into the argument because it was needed for a counterpoint. I could also have injected the NY Times, Washington Post, HuffPo, BS-NBC, TheBlaze and any number of other media outlets that aren't talking about it.
Nobody is talking about it because it is non-news.
