Someone at the DNC put that moron, Joy Reid up to asking such an asinine question. It is meant to provoke moron liberal congress assholes into trying to make it come true.
It is very much like the debate question put to Romney by Georgie at ABC to get the ball rolling for free birth control pills for helpless, useless, women that can't take care of their own simple problems and need men to do it for their pathetic asses.

Nick Ackerman and Hillary the only prosecutors in the AGs office to fail to get a verdict in the Watergate prosecutions. Hillary was outright fired, Ackerman was allowed to resign and take a job at a big name firm, where he immediately started defending the people he was trying to indict/prosecute a few weeks previous.
He is the creepiest snake of all atty snakes. A bought and paid for liberal mouthpiece. Not just that, but he's entirely wrong about what would happen if a judge issued a subpoena for the pres to appear and testify. The subpoena would be taken immediately to the SCOTUS where they would meet in closed chambers and it would be quashed. Unless they have Trump on video, or audio making clear threats, or beating a teenage hooker, there is NO WAY he's going to be forced to appear and give testimony. Nixon's case was far, far different. They had all the evidence they needed with the WH tapes and the pentagon papers. A 2nd year law student could have gotten a conviction. But no - not Nick. He had to play it political and he failed. The fact he's still talking about his Watergate involvement speaks volumes about how lousy his record is. He was also involved in some of the pay for play back in the early 80s as a pros, and failed there too.
