We're stuck with it until November if Biden wins. Otherwise we're stuck with it until November 2024. More testing means finding more asymptomatic cases. But we never know how many of those go on to be serious. There are NO standards for counting this virus. They can't even count deaths properly.

WHAT THE HELL
I’m not a gentleman, but I’ll chime in. My husband went flying yesterday.Becky, Im curious. Was the “keeping distance” your idea, or your son’s idea?
Enjoyed takeout barbecue today with our son, keeping distance. Sadly, our daughter has decided at least for now that she can’t stand to be with us because certain topics of conversation make her uncomfortable. This is very strange, because for several years now we’ve had a no politics rule at her request, and have done more than fine, having great times together, NEVER mentioning anything political.
She did go for a walk with only my husband today but it didn’t give us much hope.
Not sure what has changed, but it’s pretty painful. I was proud of all of us and so thankful that we’d done so well. I hope this banishment is temporary.
I though Joe's wife was a Vet. He is as well?Vet rates are high, I believe, because they deal with a lot of death, including euthanasia. They are by their nature unbelievably compassionate and caring people who aren’t in it for the money, and when they fail, or if their clients can’t pay for services, the animals suffer or die or are put down.
My Dad was a Dentist. Right up there with suicide rates. Who likes to go to the Dentist? (I do, but I am weird). Why are Vet rates high? Sadness having to put down Rover and Fluffy all the time???
Definitely my opinion, but not strictly mine. Many people have voiced the same opinion. If I didn't agree with 90% of what the echo chamber here believes, I would leave too. But on the few times I do disagree, I feel the same kind of heat a black person feels from the left when they leave the plantation.I do remember when you were quite upset when I once said that Rush and Becky could stay, but the rest of you could fuck off. Everyone took it for the humor that it was except you.
Nothing.I think if you admit you’re a Cirrus pilot they automatically give you the gay preferences.
That's the plan. Want something? Want preferential treatment? Then just claim you are gay. Easy.
^^^^^This!!! /threadQuoting your own quote?
Echos what I observe. Educational failures are the source of the blacks troubles, but I don't place that on the schools. Children have become great scholars in one room wooden school houses using slates. This experiment was conducted in 1983. Randolph Duke’s work in this area was published in a peer-reviewed document.
What I observe is it isn't cool to excel at school, but that is a cultural thing.
Let's do an experiment. We'll take two random groups. Group 1 will have 2 parent families, attend any church, listen to popular "pop" music, and will learn values and morals from their family. Group 2 will have a single parent, not attend church, listen to music that glorifies violence, rape and drug use and they will learn their morals from their friends.
Which group will be most likely to grow up to be a functional adult?
NO!!!!!!!!! God No!
Last flying example? Really??? I saw one flown by the Black Diamond Jet Team and Dale Snodgrass at an airshow I attended. I later met him which was pretty cool.Yea that article is inaccurate. A guy on the East Coast by the name of Randy Ball flies one.
Granted it has been several years since I saw these guys. They may no longer even exist anymore. Anyone know?
