This is all I can read because of the paywall. But we all with sense KNEW THIS from the very beginning! They knew it too. They ARE psychopaths, literally. They knew it would destroy the economy way beyond any dubious benefit and they did it knowingly and deliberately and didn’t fucking care.

Quote
‘Follow the science” has been the battle cry of lockdown supporters since the Covid-19 pandemic began. Yet before March 2020, the mainstream scientific community, including the World Health Organization, strongly opposed lockdowns and similar measures against infectious disease.

That judgment came from historical analysis of pandemics and an awareness that societywide restrictions have severe socioeconomic costs and almost entirely speculative benefits. Our pandemic response, premised on lockdowns and closely related “non-pharmaceutical interventions,” or NPIs, represented an unprecedented and unjustified shift in scientific opinion from where it stood a few months before the discovery of Covid-19.

When mikey weinstein blabbers about useless masks and scam vaccines, he is always copy and pasting someone else's words because he doesn't have any of his own.

When others urge vaccinations and masks they often repeat the mantra being shoved up our butts from people with a profit motive.

When the senile imposter and his fuckwad regime lie out their asses about the perils of omicron, they are simply following orders from the chinese who created and release the scam virus on purpose.

It is time people do a Nancy Reagan and Just Say No.

Exactly!

“  historical analysis of pandemics and an awareness that societywide restrictions have severe socioeconomic costs and almost entirely speculative benefits. ”

That’s it in a nutshell.

And those of us with common sense didn’t even have to study history. I KNEW when they sent employees home and shut down factories and restricted travel we would end up with massive supply problems because one plus one equals two. You have to be a moron not to have seen it. They know it. It has to be deliberate, and it is sadistic. I truly believe these people enjoy making people miserable. They aren’t suffering, they’re still getting paychecks and flying their special ice cream in on private jets and going to parties without wearing a mask.

They hated how Trump was making everyone prosperous. They are deliberately using covid to kill everything good in the economy, the booming Trump economy. It is deliberate evil, it is what Satan does, no offense, Lucifer.

Hindsight is 20/20, but if you looked back, Trump knew ALL of this. That’s why he NEVER proposed a federal lockdown or mask mandate, and he only challenged state-level lockdowns and mandates from a bully pulpit level, not via lawsuits. He knew federal mandates would be unconstitutional, but respected the 10th amendment which would allow states to cut their own throats.

Do you think the turncoats on SCOTUS are going to uphold that?

I think so, only because there is absolutely zero constitutional authority for a National mandate of any kind. (Yes, I know that FedGov has increasingly overstepped its authority since 1793.)

Previous judges have pointed out how this violates the constitution by the executive attempting to bypass the legislative branch.   The mandate is not based on existing law.  The mandate is however based on a OSHA regulation (administrative law) and the dipshit WH Chief of Staff tweeting they had the "ultimate workaround" (and that was noted and mentioned by the judge).

There are no federal laws that require a medical procedure.  NONE.  There are no federal laws requiring a vaccination. NONE.

Let’s hope so. But this is the problem with the regulatory state. It is in the self interest of the bureaucrats to expand their domain constantly.

I would prefer actually rolling back to the idea that if the law is too complicated and can’t be dealt with and administered through the courts, maybe that’s a sign we shouldn’t have the law.

Well they ruled that sobriety checkpoints are Constitutional because "public good" and forcing people to buy a product is "taxation", so I have no faith in this court.
