Does the Justice Department only investigate when the Pres. authorizes it?  Does he even have the legal right to tell the Justice Department NOT to investigate?  Isn't he bound to enforce all laws, and not pick and choose like Obama did?

I got the impression that TRUMP wouldn't ORDER the DOJ to go after Hilary Clinton.
Lynch and Comey NOT to seriously look at Hilary Clinton's crimes.
A president should not order the DOJ to bring, or not bring charges in any case, but can certainly order an independent prosecutor, as should have been done with Hilary Clinton.
Like everything else, the media will twist, lie and pin this till the cows come home.
