Yabut, why is this guy even remotely associated with the fedguv? How did he get the high level staff job to put the admin in this kind of situation? I know a lot of attys, and it's easy to spot the slime in about 30 seconds. There is just no reason why we can't have an honest member of the BAR up there. It's like they trolled the night court docket and found the most sleazy ambulance chaser they could find.

Oh bullshit!

Maybe you would be happier with some lawyer from Morgan and Morgan.

What part of recess appointment don't you get?  Also, how about trying to look at the bigger picture of what's happening right now?  This guy is in a temp position, and he can do some serious house cleaning without repercussion before the nomination of the AG takes place.

If he does a great job, he himself may get the nomination.  But my take right now is he is the hatchet man sent in to clean up after Sessions.

Ruth Bader Ginsberg fell and has fractured three ribs and been hospitalized.

Oh damn......Wishing her a speedy recovery.

On another note, yes, her time is limited by virtue of age and health.

Spin Zone / MSM Activist Reporters
« on: November 08, 2018, 07:06:14 AM »
The MSM has gone full in with the Resist! movement as displayed yesterday at the WH press meeting with the President.

There is a protocol for the reporters who have the privilege (it's a privilege, not a right) to be invited inside the WH and report on as well as ask questions of the President.  First and foremost of that protocol is respect.  Anyone can ask a question, even a pointed question or a tough question and be respectful while doing it.  Using the opportunity to grandstand or show your audience how you "dissed da man!" is not respect, nor is it acting as a real journalist.

Also, the President chooses who he will speak to. Sitting in the audience shouting questions while others attempt to speak (April Ryan) is childish and rude.

Also, using the opportunity to try to paint the President as a "White Nationalist", a lame attempt to advance a narrative to get a soundbite, is way out of line.  Overt racism by activist disguised as reporters should not be tolerated, inside or outside of the WH.

If these "news outlets" actually wanted to cover news, they need to start sending real reporters to cover it.  Remove people like Acosta and Ryan from the press corps and you may actually see some civility, and , low and behold, may actually engage the President in some real news worthy conversations.

It's sickening watching the various MSM outlets this morning lambasting the WH, and the President, for removing Acosta's WH credential.  Even Acosta tweeted he had his credential removed as he attempted to enter the WH for his 8pm "hit".  Yes, he used that term, "hit".  Tells you all you need to know.

The MSM is crying "freedom of the press!", but the constitution does not guarantee anyone access to the WH that demands it.  In fact, CNN could have sent another reporter as several have WH credentials.  The network was not being denied access, their rude activist pretending to be a reporter was.  And that is both legal and justified.

I think if they were to "demoderate" that forum at first it would be a free for all, then it would settle down again.  The only real moderation required are for the trolls and shit stirrers, and that could be handled simple enough.

But it's obvious some on the MC have a political agenda and stifling speech is just one of their tools.

So if they don't get the results they want, they will induce violence? Sounds a little like Nazis to me. And those on the left are absolutely delusional if they don't realize that most of the blood spilled will be theirs and they will lose horribly.

Definition of fascism
1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2 : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control

So, according to the alt left progressives we are entering fascism.   Read the above definition.  Now, let's look at the current republican party under President Trump.

So far there has been zero indication the President has been racist.  None.  In fact, just the opposite has occurred as the President has reached out to all people, regardless of race or religion in order to improve their lives.

"Centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader".  Actually the President has stood strong in his opinions of remaining within the constitution and having separate but equal divisions of government.  Many times he has advised congress they must act on matters outside of his constitutional authority.  And he has maintained that we must follow the rule of law.   In no way has the President ever exhibited being dictatorial.  Never.

"Severe economic and social regimentation".  Again, nowhere can it be found the President has exhibited these traits.

"Forcible suppression of opposition".  Again, nowhere can we find evidence that the President or his administration has tried to forcibly suppress his opposition.  He has called them out numerous times, but never suppresses them.

Now let's look at how this applies to the progressives:

"A political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader".   Think of Barrack Obama and how he applied to this part.  I'd say spot on representation.

"Severe economic and social regimentation".  Obamacare come to mind?  How about the other policies from the Obama era?  They fit nicely into this category wouldn't you say?

"Forcible suppression of opposition".  Let's see, wasn't it BHO that had Foxnews reporters spied upon by the FBI?  Remember the statement about how republicans could come along, but they had to sit in the back of the bus?  Remember the quote of how "elections have consequences?  How about the IRS investigating and suppressing conservative groups?

Yep, the progressives are masters of projection.  Just remember that next time you hear one refer to Nazis, fascist or hate groups.

Many of our current problems would disappear with term limits for both the house and the senate.

Career politicians, from both sides, have found out using tax payer dollars to buy votes is the way to stay in office.

The founders and authors of the constitution would have never agreed to career politicians.  Since they originally envisioned representatives to be average citizens representing their districts, and senators would be appointed by state legislatures the idea of a career politician didn't hold much merit.

Time for an article V convention.

Bill Clinton was walking along the beach when he stumbled upon a Genie's lamp. He picked it up and rubbed it and lo-and-behold, a Genie appeared. Bill was amazed and asked if he got three wishes. The Genie said, "Nope...Due to inflation, constant downswing, low wages in third world countries, and fierce global competition, I can only grant you one wish. So...What will it be?" Bill didn't hesitate. He said, "I want to be remembered for bringing peace to the Middle East, instead of that other stuff with Monica, and Jennifer, and the rest of those women. See this map? I want these countries to stop fighting with each other." The Genie looked at the map of the Middle East and exclaimed, "Oh me, Fella! These people have been at war for thousands of years. I'm good, but not THAT good. I don't think it can be done. Make another wish."

Bill thought for a minute and said, "You know, people really don't like my wife. Even though she got elected as Senator, they call her a carpetbagger. They think she's mean, ugly, and pushes me around. I wish for her to be the most beautiful woman in the world and I want everybody to like her. That's what I want."

The Genie let out a long sigh and said, "Lemme see that map again."

Hillary is a LESBIAN.  She gets "laid" by Huma, and any other dyke leftist she wants.

Web Hubbell bedded her. And their daughter Chelsea is proof of that.
