Adam Shit is going to start yelling "obstruction of justice!" and demand articles of impeachment, and he will immediately put forth a bill to "protect" Mueller.
Given that Adam Shit and his cohorts aren't aware that the constitution gives the President the right to fire anyone in his administration, and also given the fact that Mueller actually works for the President, they will believe a crime has been committed none the less.

Go read a few pieces on Whitaker and what his opinions have been on various law subjects, including the current Mueller investigation and how Rosenstein and Sessions have fucked it all up.
Whitaker is a recess appointment. He has a couple of months to prove himself if he really wants the job. When the senate reconvenes January 3rd the President can put forth his nomination for the AG post.

This guy is just temporary. As Session's Chief of Staff, it only makes sense that he be the temporary replacement, Trump should now take the time to fill the position with a better selection, although, one would think that Trump would have his replacement already in mind since this was inevitable.

What part of recess appointment don't you get? Also, how about trying to look at the bigger picture of what's happening right now? This guy is in a temp position, and he can do some serious house cleaning without repercussion before the nomination of the AG takes place.
If he does a great job, he himself may get the nomination. But my take right now is he is the hatchet man sent in to clean up after Sessions.

Trump wants to win, and has never been too concerned about optics. He picked someone for this job he thinks can win. I hope that works out.
We like that Trump is on our side and wants to win for America and its legal citizens, but he is blunt and clumsy at times. That doesn’t work to his advantage. We don’t want a thug in the office, or even the appearance of one.
