Mr. Gowdy has one statement wrong, Mr. Rosenstein was there when all of this was taking place and was directly involved.
Why does congress keep moving the goalpost? Just go ahead and file contempt charges against Sessions and Rosenstein, then follow up with articles of impeachment. Enough is enough, it's time to put all the "evidence" (or lack thereof) on the table.

Agreed. I like Gowdy but damnit, enough with the blustering and nothing happening.

Rosenstein knows if Trump fires him it will create a shit storm and the dems will start screaming "obstruction of justice!". He's also hoping to keep dragging the "investigation" out long enough in an attempt to hurt Trump's reelection chances.
Rosenstein also knows there are enough establishment types in congress that won't vote to impeach him.
I watched his testimony, Rosenstein was smug and basically telling congress to go pound sand. Jordan and Gowdy were 100 percent correct in their allegations and demands.
Again, where the hell is Sessions? With the IG report that now proves the basis of the Mueller Investigation was created with fraudulent evidence, and Mueller still can't find any "Russian Collusion", why the hell does he not step in, unrecuse himself and take over the DOJ from Rosenstein? Rosenstein is the de facto AG for all practical purposes. Sessions can fire Rosenstein for contempt of congress and not cooperating.
We have the biggest political scandal in US history going on right now, and it involves the DOJ and FBI. Yet the MSM has created one crisis after another to keep it out of the news cycle.
