Basically bad photo op, if this indeed was a photo op. I don't know the back story on this picture. It does look a little suspicious to me.

Yeah Dukakis was a little douche academic from Mass. That pic was not photoshopped. He was an anti military guy, and tried to fix that with the tank pic. It was a joke.

Dukakis winning 10 states against Reagan is incredibly impressive, especially since he never ran against Reagan, he ran against Bush.
